What an excellent job. New TV hung. No wires. Cable
Box in the closet. Looks like a million bucks. Everything was cleaned up and they were so professional. This company is worth every penny.

Untangled is a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the brilliant work they've done for us. Totally client-centered and responsive. We have a college student, law-school student, trader who needs real-time Bloomberg, and I'm a high-school teacher working from home. We have a wide range, no dead spots, and incredible speed. Worth every single cent.

I hired them to set my new home up and the job they did was worth the cost. The work was done with a lot of care of my equipment and they left the wiring neatly bundled and put away. Fast and professional.

When I did an addition to my house and wanted their advice and help to do the new project, I could not get them to pay attention to me. Joe and Kevin were hard to communicate with and starting on 11/17/16 we tried to get them to help us with the project.

After 6 exchanges they finally came out and promised me a plan in January of 2017. Nothing ever came.

I'm guessing they are out of business because who would do this to a repeat customer?

Sad you are gone if you are out of business, disappointed and not recommending you to anyone in CT for service if you are still in business.

I contacted these guys for a TV mount with in-wall wire installation (above my fireplace, in a very tight space between mantle and ceiling/crown molding). They came by and completed the job in approximately 2 hours while I was at work. When I got home that evening to inspect, it looked good, but I was not happy with where the TV was situated vertically in the space on the wall above the mantle (bottom part of the TV was blocked by the mantle when sitting on the couch). In retrospect, the TV I purchased was too big for the space (I'm a guy, of course I went with the bigger TV) and the install guys had a tough time even getting it to the point where it was. In any event, since I wasn't happy, I called Joe and Kevin and spoke with them about it and they immediately recommended Joe to come by the next morning before I left for work to see how the issue could be resolved. They had Joe and two additional install guys come by at 7:30am and they fixed the issue in 1 hour with very creative problem solving. I am VERY happy with how the tv looks mounted now. I really appreciated the attention to making a new customer happy which is why I wanted to write this review thanking them. I would highly recommend them for any AV needs in the future, especially TV wall mounting.
