In the unfortunate situation of needing to have my daughter's iPhone repaired 6 weeks after purchasing it, the guy at uBreakiFix was knowledgeable, friendly and completely empathetic to the situation. While it's unfortunate that Apple and Verizon don't stand behind their products outside of prohibitively expensive warranties, it is nice to have a 3rd party that can repair the device and provide assurance that the fix will be covered in the future.

They were able to repair the phone in an hour and save us from having to purchase a new phone and eat the whole cost of the iPhone 11.

I am a computer science professor and whenever I get to the level of expertise I need more knowledge I go to uBreakiFix. They are absolutely amazing. This time I worked with a gentleman named Trevor. My ipad had a few cracks and the technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss with me the pros and cons (cost vs new) of fixing it. I'm so glad I took my ipad in and replaced the glass. It was so convenient. I dropped it off at lunch and it was ready before I finished work. I hope I never need their service again but if I do I will definitely go back there.

Both of my boys iPads would not charge so we brought them in only to have the associate tell us that they had broken off pieces of chargers in the iPads, he removed them and did not charge us to remove them. We will be returning to replace my fiancé's iPhone battery soon.
