I don't like shopping for clothes, never mind suits. Johnny made this experience so painless that it was actually enjoyable. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a couple good options (including a beautiful expensive suit about which he said "If you don't wear suits a lot, this will just be a very sexy suit hanging in your closet"). He took one look at me and -- without any measuring -- picked out a jacket, shirt and pants that all fit perfectly, and I had a great fitting suit within a week. I cannot recommend this place (and Johnny specifically) highly enough.

There was no other place I was taking my son for a tux than to see Johnny Merian. He asked my son what he was looking for, and within two minutes, he walked out with an amazing tuxedo jacket, perfect fit, without even taking one measurement yet. The jacket was so unique, it was exactly what he wanted. By the time we were done, Johnny put together the most handsome tuxedo, right down to the shoes. He made it look effortless! Johnny Merian was so personable and a true professional. It was a great experience, my son felt like a star.. Thank you Johnny Merian!

I recommend to my fiancé we check out Tuxedos for our wedding here after he had a terrible experience at Jos. A Bank. I had been to Merian's before, several years back to help his brothers pick out tuxedos for their prom. I remembered what a great experience it was and knew it would be the right place for my fiancé to rent his tux for our wedding.

John helped us and he was phenomenal at his job. He immediately sized up my fiancé and listened to what we wanted but also gave great input on styles and fits. This place allows you to try on everything in your size unlike other places. It's truly a great experience! I can't recommend them enough, check them out!

Great to work with and excellent service. John helped me with my suit for my wedding. All I did was give him my wedding colors and have him take my measurements and he took it from there and provided a suit that looked and fit great! He even had these amazing cat's-eye cuff-links that really stood out.

All of this would be worth a fairly moderate review, what really earned him the 5-stars was his ability to be flexible. Due to restrictions surrounding COVID-19 my wedding got postponed and his business had to comply with ever-changing guidelines. Throughout the whole process John took the changes in stride. He went to great lengths to make sure that I was safe and, more importantly, felt safe.

I meant to post this back in November but it slipped my mind.

I had a tuxedo tailored here and they did a fantastic job.

I had a need for a tuxedo. I live in the greater Brockton area, and heard/read that "Tuxedos By Merian" was the place to go. Glad I went to them.

Who would have thought there would be a place to rent fine clothes in the heart of the ghetto that is Brockton. This place is massive....looking around it seems to go on for miles past the still large showroom. The back looked like some prison laundry with lower than normal lighting and giant industrial steamers. At least I know my tux is clean and for a bonus I might get a chiv in the pocket to help out if a bridesmaid wont leave me alone (which happens often).

But whats that you say they don't just do tuxedos? That's right they also have cigars for your special day. Ties, Cuff-links everything.

My picture of the Blue Angels flying over Key West was taken by my Daughter who lives there. She recently got married in Gloucester and as the Father of the Bride, I had to look special, so I went to Tuxedos by Merian. I wanted to create the classic James Bond look with white jacket and black slacks, white tuxedo shirt and black bow-tie. Peter fitted me and hit it out of the park with a GRAND SLAM! All of the groomsmen wore black tuxes with tails, so I stood out, like a proud dad should! I want to thank Peter and Tuxedos by Merian for making my place in the sun such a special and wonderful one. I highly recommend Tuxedos by Merian, located in the heart of my beloved city, the City of Champions, Brockton, Massachusetts, the city where I grew up! Thanks again, Pete and Tuxedos by Merian! Whoa, where do I start?
I happened to be out of town on business and a last minute formal event. My biggest problem is that I didn't have a tux... Wasn't fitted, no reservation, nothing! The formal event was in a few hours. (uh-oh)

Johnny, was a complete LIFESAVER! He took one look at me and let me know that, not only did he have something for me, but he could have me looking excellent in a matter on minutes.

Literally SECONDS later, Johnny had me outfitted with an incredible tux and ready for my event. These guys are a cut above the rest. WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!!

Needed a Tux for the WB Mason Show at Foxwoods last week. Somehow my information was lost and they didn't have my measurements on file. John was able to fit me on site and get me a tux just in time for the big event that night.
