Testing which cost a lot more than we thought since we already saw the AC unit indeed had mold. Repose was given back to us in a day which was great. Wish cost wasn't as high.

Truview helped me out with a last minute 4-point inspection we needed for insurance. The whole process was incredibly easy. The communication was exceptional. The report came immediately. These facts alone would have led me to write a positive review, however, their competitive pricing is what really impressed me most. I will definitely use them the next time we need an inspection. With a new home purchase on the line, I was stuck between a decision to use Truview or another competitor. From my first call to the company, staff were very professional and polite. They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection.

The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice.

Once they do the inspection and take your money you're on your own. They made a mistake and did not want to correct it even though they admitted they made the error. This is company that has no scruples, ethics, morals or values. I would NOT work w them again. If you consider working w them just remember, the second you pay them you don't exist for them anymore. Don't take a chance.

Truview inspectors demonstrated exceptional knowledge and customers support. Theirs inspectors were very thorough and transparent with presenting their findings. As a result of their information, I was able to make an informed and clear decision in regards to purchasing a home that would not have been in my best interest.

The inspectors, Luis and Samuel, arrived in a timely manner. All reports were completed and downloaded within an hour of inspection. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Great service! We got the report same day. Henry was great! Super professional and honest. He debriefed us after looking at the house. All the pictures and 3D pictures were great. It gave us a complete picture of the house and what our next steps are going to be. Truly recommend this company!
