Incredibly professional from receptionist, to MA, to radiologist, to Dr. Super pleased with care/treatment and their urgency when scheduling. Care felt more personable and less corporate like. Look forward to continuing care here.

The whole experience at this clinic was positive. They were kind and thorough. I would definitely return if needed. I highly recommend this clinic.

Do not come here for ingrown nail related surgeries/treatments. Dr. Mozena rushed my surgery and did not properly numb my toe. Additionally, I was not offered the option to cauterize the base of my toenail to prevent regrowth, instead being offered a "lazer removal" technique that had a ridiculous 2 month recovery period. The pain from the surgery was worse than any I had experienced prior in my life, and I nearly passed out. I am still recovering from the damage caused by this surgery and going to Sellwood podiatry, which is doing a much better job of treating my issues. That being said, I was prescribed great orthodics which make being on my feet much less painful (since I'm somewhat flat-footed). I urge you to avoid coming to this place for ingrown nail related procedures. Go to Sellwood instead.

When I first underwent the surgery in December of 2020 I thought that the surgery just had to be painful from what Dr. Mozena had told me. These surgeries should always be nearly painless, and what was done to me is far from standard modern medical practice.

They went above and beyond to make sure our clients feet were well taken care of. The office is efficient and well staffed with a nice atmosphere.

My visit to Town Center Foot Clinic (TCFC) was, unfortunately, the most unpleasant Dr's visit I have ever experienced. I showed up for my "consultation" on time with all my necessary documents filled out and ready to go. I was escorted to my room by someone who did not introduce himself and was extremely unwelcoming. I had no idea who he was but followed his instruction to have a seat on the table and remove my shoes and socks and then walked out of the room. So after 28 minutes, the Podiatrist (Dr. Lott) finally appeared, which was unfortunate as I should have walked out so could have avoided writing this review and paying for this terrible experience. Dr. Lott examined my feet and explained 2 options I had for surgery. My expectation for this initial visit was to learn what my options were for surgery and what it is going to cost me as this procedure is not covered by my insurance. The entire "consultation" took about 10 minutes (minus my almost 30 minute wait). So to give you the reason for my 1 star rating for TCFC it is as follows. No. 1, from the start I did not feel like anyone, from the front desk to the Podiatrist, was interested in welcoming a possible new client or for me as a patient in pain. No. 2, the individual that escorted me to my room who asked me to sit down and remove my shoes and socks... didn't even notice (or care) that I was wearing neither (reference reason No. 1). No. 3, I didn't get the information I made the consultation appointment for in the first place. One would think that if a clinic specializes and advertises in a particular specialty, that they would know (within range) what that procedure would cost. Evidently, they had no clue. No. 4, and this should be No. 1, I received a bill ($160) for this waist of time experience basically the next day... even before I received the full information I was hoping to acquire.
Now, I don't mind paying for someone's time and service, however, I don't feel the time nor the service was rendered. I felt compelled to express my frustration to Dr. Lott thinking he would have some sort of concern but was handed over to "the boss" Dr. Jones who, unfortunately, expressed zero concern, zero compassion and zero professionalism. He was extremely rude in his response to my displeasure. Like I mentioned before, I don't mind paying for someone's time and service, but I don't feel I received either and Dr. Jones' only concern was to be paid. He also wanted me to mention in my negative review (as I told him I would certainly do) that I should say that by doing so "I pressured him in to providing a free service" (which was 10 minutes of nothing) . In all my customer service experience, from professional to everyday service, this has been my most disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, if a business wants your business a consultation such as this should be of no charge or at a rate comparable to the service they provide. So ultimately I was billed $160 (minus a $7 discount) for my waisted valuable time and disappointment. So PLEASE, PLEASE if you are a new patient, that is paying out of pocket or even has insurance... PLEASE, seek a professional foot clinic that wants your business by offering a free consultation, and especially, who values your time with professionalism, compassion and respect. I hope you learn by my mistake.

I have visited this clinic twice so far, and both times have received excellent care.
The office staff is friendly, polite and professional. I have seen both DPMs and they were thorough, and took time to explain all the options I had for treatment.

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): The Town Center Foot Clinic came highly recommended by a friend in the medical community. The Town Center Foot Clinic staff performed better than advertised. My interaction with the Town Center Foot Clinic team is one of the best professional experiences I have ever had!

Background:
I'd like to thank Christin for scheduling my appointment in relatively short order. I spoke with Christin on 1 Oct to schedule an appointment with Dr. Smith. On 2 Oct, I met with Dr. Smith to discuss my painfully nagging foot injury.

On 2 Oct, upon entry into the Town Center Foot Clinic I was warmly greeted at the reception station by Megan and Christin. Megan and Christin navigated me through the new patient medical office check-in process and assisted with the clinical questionnaire. Megan and Christin professionalism and politeness made me feel welcomed.

From that point Amy greeted me with a smile then escorted me into the patient wait room where she provided helpful insight on the latest digital blood pressure devices. Amy took my vitals and wrote detailed laden notes about my foot injury. Amy's ability to paint a precise word picture of the podiatry diagnostic process eased my anxieties.

I required X-rays to ensure appropriate medical care. Tom walked me through the X-ray process which ensured proper alignment during the X-rays. Tom's guidance helped produce the perfect X-ray every time.

The next step in the process is a discussion with the Podiatrists Dr. Smith and Dr. Mozena. Dr. Mozena stopped by and introduced himself then provided background on the organization's history and ethos. Dr. Smith interviewed me and performed a physical examination of my foot. Dr. Mozena and Dr. Smith reviewed my X-Ray then Dr. Smith made his diagnosis and provide recommendations on progressive treatment. Within 48 hours of the initial treatment there was a 92% improvement in the troubled area. 96 hours after initial treatment I had zero pain in the previously injured foot. Dr. Mozena and Dr. Smith are very knowledgeable, personable and care about the patient's wellbeing.

I really appreciate Town Center Foot Clinic streamlining the patient care process. My entire visit took approximately 30 minutes; I no longer have any foot pain - mission accomplished!

Dr.Mozena and Dr. Jones are the best doctors! I take the time to explain the problem and fix it in the best way. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating to get you into see your doctor about your hurting feet.I've been going to them for years and recommend them to everybody!

I had an ingrown toenail that has been bothering me for a month, and finally the pain beat my stubbornness and coming here was the best decision. I'm 22 years old and this clinic treated me like I was one of old patients, the staff was kind, and the doctors knew exactly how to explain the procedures and the cause of the problem. I was given supplies, and medication and was sent on my way. I'm really happy that I will be able to walk pain free again.

I thought I would be limping for the rest of my life. I am delighted that is not the case. Doctors Jones and Mozena are wonderful. I highly recommend Town Center Foot Clinic if you are having foot issues. The whole staff is friendly, warm, compassionate, and funny.
