Came in tonight for a hot pastrami sandwich. Decided to try the new Dutch crunch bread. Not a fan. It's not that the breads not good quality, but, it has its own flavor, and I feel like it changed the taste of my sandwich. I should stick to sourdough. Otherwise, the sandwich was fine.

Oct 18, 2022Previous reviewI placed an order through the app, it asks for your name. So I put a fake name just for fun and when I went in to pick up my sando they already had my real name. So I asked the gal behind the counter... Why do they bother to ask for your name if they already have it? She said "they use the name that's on your card that you used to pay for your order". So I ask her again then why do they bother to ask for your name when you place your online order? She just shook her head and walked away from me into the back. Awesome customer service guys. Then I get home and find that, not only does my meatball sando NOT have extra sauce.. it has so little sauce that it looked like it was spread on with a knife. No sauce even touched the wrapper, thats how little sauce there was. Minus one star for making my food wrong.

May 14, 2022Previous reviewI had a craving for a meatball sub... And when that happens only one place will do. This particular meatball sub was fantastic. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy, the meatballs were sliced in half for my convenience, even the bread was nice and fresh. I like the pepper jack cheese with mine instead of provolone. Whoever made my sandwich tonight did an excellent job.

The regular sandwich is $8.95, But the daily deal with a 20 ounce soft drink is only $7.75. I decided to Add avocado, and provolone cheese, and have it served on the Parmesan bread. Delicious! I placed my order through the app and it was ready exactly when they told me it would be, at 12:30 PM.
Aug 7, 2020Previous reviewI came in Monday for the hot pastrami special. Using the app, I asked for sourdough bread, and pepper jack cheese. I ended up with white bread and no cheese. Today I came in to get my replacement sandwich, as Togos was nice enough to take care of it for me. Excellent service and good food. Thanks Togos!
Mar 19, 2020Previous reviewI came in today for another pretzelrami. Unfortunately they have changed the cheese to provolone which isn't nearly as tasty. From what the person behind the counter said, they were really only using the white cheddar on this particular sandwich, and there was a lot of wasted cheese. Too bad.

Sep 12, 2019Previous reviewI love Togos. They have the best Hot pastrami sandwich in the world. The staff here is super friendly, and they get you out the door with a quickness. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be maybe spread out the meat a little more. There are a few bites at the very end of my sandwich that had no meat.

This sandwich place is usually very good. However I am not so happy with the delivery. I have gotten a few sandwiches that weren't up to their normal standards. Over all I would recommend Togo's and are happy with the sandwiches they serve.

As I walked up to counter employee told me to move over and another associate worked help me, as I perused the menu board I walked down a few steps to see the sandwich I was looking for and the joint man said oh I need you to move over, I said okay I'm looking at the menu ... as I saw the number of the sandwich I wanted the rude kid said again to me . I need you to move over so I can help a guest (guy behind me ) rude dismissive . I've been going to that sandwich shop since 1982 . Never have I been upset or treated that way!!!!
Bad customer service . Flippant unprofessional ride employee . I took my money and myself TOGO!

Darren C.Fair Oaks, CA43232290Mar 17, 2023Soooo good. The Reuben, oh man. Soooo tasty and everyone knows ToGo's has the best bread. Its lunchtime and there are three young folks working here and they were great. Place gets a lot of online orders so these kids are working hard but their all still super polite to everyone who walks in. Whoever manages this place, you made some good hires. Hold on to them. Employee retention is about fair compensation, good training and on-going support a safe and healthy work environment and an inclusive positive culture. Finding good talent isn't hard, keeping them THAT's the hard part. Thanks for a great lunch

The two women working would not even help the new trainee, who was clearly struggling.
Then to top things off, we get home and the sandwiches have no meat!!!! And one is missing the cheese.
We called to express our concerns and we were told we would have to talk to Victoria and then got rudely hung up on.
I suggest if you want a good sandwich with good service and good attitudes, literally try any other sandwich place. what a waste of money.
