The UPS Store

Dropped off a package at USPS but had to go inside for the package drop off box like why can't they have one outside? Lame and unnecessary in times of coronavirus and protesters on NY Avenue. So not acceptable!! :(

I had a pre-labeled package that they refused to accept. There was a ridiculous line which is ok since they had other business. There is no excuse for not allowing a package that is already prepaid to be dropped off. People are so rude sometimes.

I have been to this UPS store many times before and have always had a good experience. fast service and efficient. mostly very friendly people working there. you're in and out. I don't understand the very low scores and I rarely write a review but thought they should be bolstered up a bit because I've been happy dealing with this location.

I did dropped off an amazon return and I have a usps drop off too in my the other hand, I asked if I can drop it here into the usps bin, the guy replied it will cost $3 to dropping the usps mailer into the usps bin at the side of counter. it is a ripoff completely. never a smiling face. cold and annoying dead face all time. no choice it is on my way to shopping at stop and shop.

I don't think I've ever written a bad review for any business or product - but this one is needed as maybe one day when they wake up they will realize that they did nothing to build or retain business. They are literally the only game in town so that's how they continue to get away with it. Today's straw that broke the camel's back - I called at 4:51, said I lived 8 mins away, and wondered if I caught a bad light over the under 2 mile trip would they have to door shut at 5:00 on the dot. "Absolutely" was the answer. This location is not at all accommodating and the reviews are mostly correct. More often than not - you are a burden to them. If any competition was anywhere close - they would deservedly be out of business in a week. WAKE UP - make customers feel as if they are not a burden. (Or get jobs doing something else - as any level of customer service is clearly not your forte.) This is not a UPS business model issue - it is a management / employee shortcoming. It's a tough world - I can't believe your lack of customer service.

This was my second attempt to return my Amazon package, as I went earlier in the day but the guy behind the counter told me I needed to return with a box. I asked him if I needed to pack it up as I was going home anyway to get the box. He told me that wasn't necessary, to just bring the box with the package. I returned and someone else helped me (young guy, black glasses, dark hair) and he practically scolded me for not packing it up. I told him what the other employee had told me and he proceeded to interupt me, talk over me loudly and wouldn't let me finish my sentence, all the while looking down and muttering under his breathe as he was angrily slapping tape on the package. Really? After returning home, I looked up the store on Yelp and saw all the bad reviews. Now I know why!!! Guess I'll go to the other Huntington location. Seems everyone recommends that one.

The worst. This morning I entered the store and waited at the empty counter. There we're 2 people making copies After a few minutes I said "hello" One of the copiers said hi the proceeded to ignore me for 8 minutes. I walked past him to leave and got no response. Ignoring customers is an interesting approach to customer service.
Avoid this location and go the lovely folks on Jericho Turnpike in syosset

They may be friendly, but that's because they have to be. You can tell when someone is loyal to their customers. Aside from their lack of authentic loyalty, having a PO Box with them is very expensive. It's not worth the money.
Be sure to change you address with all your providers at least one month before closing out your box. Once you close your box they don't want to know you. Very poor customer service.

I find everyone in this store always so rude. Every time I come here in the hopes that it will change they always disappoint!! Shame that a local store doesn't work hard to make their customers feel appreciated.

Would give negative stars if I could. Worst UPS I've ever encounter which is a shame since it should be a friendly neighborhood store.
