The Palm - Nashville

The Palm is a relatively iconic semi-quasi chain restaurant- reliable and consistent no matter where you go.

My team and I hosted a work dinner post conference. The Palm was flexible with our reservation and very accommodating- Karen, who I called Kind Karen, was so hospitable from start to finish! Thank you Karen for being so gracious!

Our server, Jacob, was patient and prompt with service. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request and provide a superb dining experience.

I booked this place to take advantage of my Landry's birthday reward. I saw the prices ahead of time, so I knew it was expensive, but I wanted to see if it was really worth it. My food tasted really good, but idk if it was really worth the price. We were offered bread while we waited for our food and the server never brought it out. He also didn't mention that the water wasn't free. He brought an opened bottle of Aquapanna, but how do we know it wasn't filled with tap water? We will never know.

I ordered the Sicilian Salmon with creamed spinach (all sides are a la carte and family style serving). I was full, but my husband wanted dessert. We both weren't interested in anything on the dessert menu, but the server mentioned the off-menu Creme brûlée and we were sold! It was good, but it took extra long to come out and we could tell it was just pulled out of the refrigerator and torched, so we weren't sure why it took so long.

We could say that we've "been there, done that", but I wouldn't go back unless they dropped the prices.

Went here for date night and shared a filet. It was done perfectly! The dirty martinis were fantastic and our service at the bar was superb. Located just off Broadway, it's a perfect location for visitors too.

What an amazing meal on Valentine's Day! Started the meal off with appetizers. We got the giant meatball and grilled Octopus to split! Absolutely delicious! For the main course I got the special, Scallops with couscous. To finish the meal off we split the chocolate cake! Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our server was outstanding, attentive but let us enjoy our meal!!! Overall an amazing experience!

Our visit on 2/15 was excellent. The staff knew it was a special occasion and went out of their way to serve us. There was a small glitch with the order but their remedy was outstanding. Thanks Alex!

We shared a dry aged strip steak and would definitely visit the Palm again.

We had an excellent time dining at the palm. The service here was absolutely amazing and the food here was excellent!

I ordered the filet with garlic mashed potatoes and left extremely satisfied. Our cocktails were delicious as well.

If you're looking for a good steakhouse definitely check out the palm!

We had dinner here last night, New Years Eve. I want to take a moment to thank the manager for her kindness. When I made the reservation I did not realize it was in the bar area and we had 6 people, it was so tight we could not really eat comfortable if at all. I went out and spoke with her and she could not have been nicer. She had a packed restaurant and asked us to wait a bit and sat us in a great table so we could all drink eat and tell jokes and stories, before heading out to welcome in the New Year.

Very disappointed in this one. We ordered the calamari and it was a very sad excuse for one especially at $22. In addition to this I ordered the lobster gnocchi which was horrible for $40. I got four pieces of lobster and some awfully dry gnocchi in addition to this the sauce was spicy and not that flavorful. The salad was fine but there was barely any blue cheese overall, you cannot find a single item under $20 all you're paying for is location not for quality of food. Do not go here.

I brought my father here for his 88 birthday and because we didn't order dessert his brought us a blob of wbip cream with a candle stuck in it. I bill wS over 500.00 and tbats how they acknowledged our celebration
I have always gone to the palms for special occasions but NEVER AGIAN

Big fan of the old school steakhouses. Having been here several times andI always have a great meal. I usually go earlier before the place gets noisy and the lower Broadway antics start taking shape. Service, food quality and ambiance all deliver. Stealing the 5th star is what I feel is pricing. You want to charge we $70 for a steak ok, as long as it's cooked and seasoned perfectly. You want to charge me $16 for mashed potatoes or green beans I thing that's a little frothy. Yeah I know I shouldn't expect a dollar menu, but come-on
