Ali Sepehr, MD - OC Facial Plastic Surgery

If I could give Dr Sepehr a MILLION stars I would. I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr Sepehr. I mean where do I begin. His wonderful friendly helpful office staff?? His beautiful welcoming office? His nurses in the OR?? His AMAZING anesthesiologist?? (I have never woken up from surgery so alert!!) and then there's THE DOCTOR! The nose I explained to him is the 100000000% nose he gave me. It can't get any better. He is truly an artist with a sweet soul. When you meet him you will know. Stop your researching. You only need Dr Sepehr. Thank you again and again doctor and wonderful staff!!! You are all truly THE BEST!!!

Dr Sepehr and his entire office staff are 5 star. From the initial phone call to schedule a consultation to surgery to post surgery have all been such pleasant interactions. I saw Dr Sepehr for a revision rhinoplasty 20+ years in the making. I was obviously nervous and his poised confident demeanor and expertise quickly calmed my nerves. I booked the surgery almost on the spot and was able to do it a few weeks out.
My nose was a very difficult nose to work with and I could not be happier with the results. He's a true gem and his office staff are the cherry on top!

I had a medical issue, not a plastic surgery issue, which would probably have required surgery. Dr. Sepehr is allegedly an insurance provider with my insurance company. It was a medical problem.

He would only consult or help repair the problem if it was out of pocket. This is uncalled greediness. This was a medical problem. NOT a cosmetic issue. I was told, "Well, if it were a rhinoplasty," but of course. That would entail lots of money. His staff needed to be more informed, putting me on hold several times while conferring with the Dr. after sending several pictures, and he, in turn, decided my medical insurance needed to be better for him.

Having used him in the past for laser cosmetic procedures, I was unimpressed. It looked as though my face was raked once the healing occurred. This was thousands out of pocket. I had to endure other laser treatments to undo the "tracks" his methods left.

I have disclosed this information to my insurance company and am hoping they will take him off their list. With enough complaints, this will likely happen.

I don't typically write reviews, but I've had such an incredible experience with Dr. Sepehr and his staff that I felt incredibly compelled to do so. This office has never asked that I leave a review, but I hope this review helps anyone else looking to get this procedure.

Dr. Sepehr performed a septorhinoplasty for me in late June 2023. Even though there is still swelling since recovery from this procedure takes a full year, I already am so happy with my results. Everyone has told me my "new" nose is so natural and that I look like me, just more refined.

In addition to the results, the experience Dr. Sepehr provided has been exceptional. During the first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and never implied that I needed any work done to my nose but understood my concerns and insecurities. He provided very realistic expectations for what he could do and even created a digital rendering showcasing what the results may look like. It was apparent he priorities offering natural results and will not compromise safety to get a certain look.

His staff is also absolutely incredible. I have worked mostly with Jacqueline and Judy, and they are amazing! Not only are they kind and personable, but they are also extremely well-informed and highly responsive. They always answer the phone, respond to emails and text messages quickly, and follow up exactly when they say they will. Each time I've visited the office it's been a very pleasant experience from them greeting me warmly, offering me snacks and drinks, and most importantly, never having to wait to see the doctor.

In the operating room, right before the procedure began, Dr. Sepehr was so kind. I distinctly remember that before getting the anesthesia I was feeling quite nervous, and Dr. Sepehr held my hand and said "We're going to have a good day." That stuck with me because it was such a reassuring, compassionate thing to say, especially during a situation that can be very nerve-wracking. He made me feel like I wasn't alone and made it clear he deeply cared for me as a person and a patient.

After my surgery, the doctor was also extremely helpful in my post-op care. They already had scheduled five follow-up appointments for me which relieved my anxiety because I knew I'd be seeing the doctor regularly to confirm healing was going well. When I had a few concerns during those first weeks of recovery, Dr. Sepehr and his staff were supportive and even answered the phone very late at night to assist me. When taking off my cast and removing the stitches, Dr. Sepehr was also very gentle.

There are a lot of doctors, but in my experience, it is unique to find one who treats you with such respect and compassion. I'm deeply appreciative to Dr. Sepehr and his team and sincerely am looking forward to seeing them at my next follow-up appointment!

I am going to him for quiet more than 8 years. He is great surgeon and minimal scarring and then that way he drafted Botox filler it looks very natural. He's an excellent doctor with caring and kind and respectful and professionalism.
I believe he is an artist very detailed. He gave me back my youth confidence.
I visited so many best Surgen I have been botched he fixed it in excellent way, he is the best one. He is humble.
I recommend him, if you want to look beautiful and young.

EDIT TO ADD: Just had another procedure. If you hate looking like an airbrushed Barbie doll with a constant Snapchat filter on 24/7 then by all means do not get a profractional laser w Dr. Sepehr. This procedure is not for you.

Dr. Sepher possesses a truly magical touch. His gentle approach is so seamless that you can hardly discern when the procedure begins. What sets him apart is his remarkable ability to transform your appearance exactly as you envision. Over the course of several years, I have had the privilege of receiving Botox and laser treatments from him, and the results have consistently exceeded my expectations. Rest assured, you are in the capable hands.

I am so happy with my decision in choosing Dr. Sepehr for my revision rhinoplasty. From beginning to end throughout my initial consult, pre-op, surgery day, and post-op, I received the best of treatment in every aspect. I've never been to a doctor's office where the actual doctor comes to greet and grab you from the lobby waiting area! Dr. Sepehr takes his time in hearing your concerns, explaining the process and expectations, and answering any questions. The same can be said about his office staff, particularly Judy and Jacqueline, as they were always so kind throughout every interaction. My result turned out almost identical, if not identical, to the simulated goal photo. Dr. Sepehr is truly an artist, and I am so grateful to have been a patient of his. As a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, his impressive credentials go without saying. I would recommend him 100x over to anyone who is in search of a rhinoplasty surgeon!

So this is a bit overdue, but I finally found the time and willingness to do this. The prior review was left just about three months after the procedure. There were some issues which the Dr had said was swelling and improvement would continue. Once the months kept passing and the issue actually became worse we went into the office again. There was lump under each eye and there appeared to be excess skin. We told him that the Dr who usually does my mom's botox pointed out that not enough skin was removed during the surgery and the use of filler to replace the removed fat pads was causing the overfilled issue. Dr Sepehr did agree that it was excess filler, but no solution was proposed or apology. He just said his advice was to leave it. My mom was very distraught, you pay and go thru surgery just to end up with a different problem. We felt as if we were just pushed off to accept the poor results and let them move on with other patients. The issue here as pointed out by a number of other plastic and oculoplastic surgeons was that she was not a good candidate for filler being placed in lieu of the fat pads. The over placement of filler stretched out skin which was already weak and delicate. The filler had to be dissolved, and what is left are hollows and excess skin. Since then I have spent thousands of dollars, way more that the cost of the surgery, to help her improve the issues this surgery should have fixed. She has gone thru multiple rounds of PRF, Morpheus, CO2, etc... Unfortunately, because the fat pads were removed, there is only so much that can be done without the requirement of fat grafting. I was very unsure of posting this because the Dr did seem like a nice guy, but the stress and money going here has cost us has been too much. Please please do your research beforehand.

Please do yourself a favor and choose Dr. Sepehr. I had consultations with the biggest facial plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills and they don't compare to him whatsoever. He was the sweetest man who actually listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the result I wanted. From start to finish I could just really tell that he genuinely cared about me, which is something that was important to me in this process. Like he was the one to come get me from the waiting room, and the wonderful office ladies worked with me to find ways to lower the cost. And mentioning the office ladies, they were incredible. The texted me personally, worked to find the perfect price and schedule for me, and even at the end of the process thanked me with a box of chocolates. I loved them so much. Dr. Sepehr also worked with such amazing surgery centers (I had mine at Baracna) that conduct everything with the same care as him. An amazing experience for the scariest process of my life.
