The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care

Amputated flange, no Dr note, sent back to my cooking job with no way to cook food or prep food for 50 ppl, but she refused Dr note any ways.. took my stitches out 5 days early cuz she didn't want to reschedule 5 days out, ouch!
Never returned to her service ls. Wasn't worth it on my end

I had some testing done here, ended up taking these meds because of the results and came back for a follow up. I found out they switched up my results with someone else and they "misdiagnosed" me. Stated that I never had what they previously stated. Thankfully it wasn't a huge issue, but a bit scary if it was something bigger and more serious for someone else.

Second day in a row...
What a joke pandemic over still terrible service and you should be ashamed of you Slogan...


Hope you get other sheople to go there..
Plus the employees there need to work on educate...

Right now your the last place we think of when comes to Urgent Care...

I have never been to a urgent care facility and get treated for the wrong thing. I went in on Sunday, August 6th just before closing. I came back in because I knew I had a yeast infection due to being treated for a UTI. Well Dr. Angela Droz decided that I was wrong and gave me medicine for herpes outbreak which lo and behold I don't have and I already knew this. I had to go to the ER yesterday morning to get the correct treatment. What was a simple yeast infection turned into severe case all because Dr. Droz seems to think she knows what she's talking about when she doesn't. I will never come back to this place and I can see why reviews are bad.

Don't go here. I went in today to be treated for a UTI and they had large signs up saying they were no longer processing urgent care patients. The front doors of the clinic were locked and they wouldn't let anyone in.

In fact, if you have any kind of medical need that is urgent but not immediate, get on a ferry and head for Seattle. This entire county is a worthless backwater when it comes to medical care.

I would tell you, don't go here very badly run urgent care. I left wondering why are they even here? The attendant that put me in the exam room was great.
The Dr. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me he was uncomfortable seeing me because they did not have some of the equipment to access what was going on. I have a history of this problem maybe every 2-3 yrs. Nothing I could have done to help it. It could turn into a full blown infection if no antibiotics. Simple fix. So disappointed with Kitsap Medical Facilities. I get there feeling the crunch but come on do they have to make everyone else's day crappy? Why not just say in the beginning we're closed. Heaven forbid if a real urgent medical situation came in... so sad

Well I can see why this place has a two star rating. I checked in for my 1:20 appointment at 1:05 as requested. I am currently writing this review at 2:51 and I have yet to see the Dr for a regular medical exam. What in the actual Eff is going on here. Completely disappointed in this facility.

Visiting this clinic to see Endocrinologist Jack Birnbaum for an appointment for my Mother-In-Law. First interaction was setting the appointment with Kim. She was fantastic, so warm and accomodating. Next at the entryway, we were met by Declan. What an asset! Professional, personable and a delightful breath of fresh air to be so welcomed to The Doctors Clinic Cavalon Place. All the staff in the Endocrinology office are very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Birnbaum exceeded our expectations. He was so kind and thorough. So gentle and caring with my 96 year old MIL. He made her feel comfortable and important.

The treatment is awesome. Doctors and staff are caring and very helpful. Highly, highly recommend this clinic.

HOWEVER, the billing department has the most unprofessional, rude, hostile employees! I called to get an explanation of billing and MICHELLE was condescending and awful. I have NEVER in my life written a bad review on any business/person in my life but she has no business working with the public in any way. Negative stars, should be put off the phones permanently. Worst part about it is I still have questions!!

They take soooo long... a Saturday morning during cold and flu season and there is one Dr on staff. Waited nearly three hours with a two year old running a 102 degree fever to even be triaged, much less seen.

We asked when we got there how long the wait was and they don't tell you. Just that it's a little backed up.

Horrible customer service. There are other urgent care facilities, I'd avoid this one.
