I have been very satisfied with a pair of glasses I got rat Test Rite, and with the service I received when I first had my eye exam and fitting.

But they really made their mark on my loyalty today.

I'm about to leave for a business trip and realized I must have left my glasses at a place I was visiting this weekend.

I called Test Rite to ask if they could make another pair quickly from my Rx. They checked their stock and confirmed that if I was able to stop in, they might be able to help. They made a new pair in less than 30 mins, to keep me on my schedule.

They even applied the coupon discount

I could not be more thankful. Even added a useful backup pair and frame color in the process.

No one in our family wears glasses, until recently, when my school-aged daughter was diagnosed with farsightedness. On a whim, we walked into Test-Rite on our way to get ice cream and walked out with an order for a brand new pair of glasses. My daughter was apprehensive about wearing glasses and the team here made it so easy. They were extremely friendly and walked us through the prescription and procedure of ordering glasses in terms we all understood. I was mistaken by the my eye insurance carrier when I ordered the glasses so when I found out that my insurance covered the entire purchase (which I had already paid over $200 for), Diana and Jen were so lovely and helpful, reprocessing my daughter's prescription and reordering her a new set of glasses. And Tony and Steve were incredible, helping my daughter choose the right pair of glasses, as well as learning how to clean and care for her glasses and get adjusted to wearing them. I'm in town center a lot and have never had the need for an optician but I am so happy that there is one like Test-Rite close by with kind, caring employees to walk newbies like us through the process of purchasing eyeglasses. Some quick notes: they take some insurance plans and if they don't accept your insurance, they'll offer you a discount on your purchase. They also take credit cards and will adjust your glasses at no cost anytime.

I had an excellent experience today at Test Rite, they were very accommodating and professional. Tony, Diana and specifically Jen, were awesome! They all helped me pick out the best frames for my new glasses! They had so many options so I needed all the help I could get!! We had a few laughs and I felt very comfortable. The Dr who gave me my exam was also very sweet and definitely knew what she was talking about! I would recommend this place for sure! I know I'll be back!!

Warm and friendly Test Rite is a very cozy trendy but comforting eye care center. The staff and Optician are all so friendly and knowledgeable i felt well cared for and no pressure Thank you Test Rite

Excellent service since they opened several years ago. Great selection of frames. Kind staff who work well with kids. Perfect customer service. Pricier than a corporate chain but so worth it. Expert work from exams to helping pick great frames. Thanks for a great addition to the town center.

Was nervous to go at first because in the past I've had some bad experiences in going to the eye doctor. I had Lasic eye surgery twice and I still feel like my vision could be a little sharper. Dr. Pollack was awesome. She answered any questions that I had an educated me on certain things I did not know about my eyes. In the past I have not felt confident when I have got a new prescription but this time I felt really confident that as I get my new glasses I'm going to see really well. I would recommend her to anyone and I can't wait to get my glasses!

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Eric and his team. I've been using Test Rite for all my optical needs since I moved to town 20+ years ago. If I ever move out of town I'll continue to come back for my optical needs they're that good. They make the whole experience easy and seamless, from setting up an appointment with the optician to helping you select frames and lenses, to communicating with you on when you can expect to receive your end product. For me one of the best parts of Test Rite is their support for those times when you need adjustments, cleaning, repairing missing screws, etc, they never charge for any of these types of adjustments and always are happy to help and with a smile on their face.
