Temperature Perfection

My AC continued having problems during last summer's heat wave. I was first disappointed since one of the tech's recently came by and seemed confident my AC had no issues.

I ended up giving temperature perfection a try one more time and this time i spoke directly with the owner kevin. It was actually kevin who stopped by my house to look at and actually fix my AC. Long story short he added an additional part on the AC and after less than an hour my AC was up and running again. Very happy with his professionalism and service.

Definitely recommend Temperature perfection for any related heat/air conditioner issues.

I arranged for HVAC installation on a referral from my friend. I was NOT disappointed. Temperature Perfection has been very responsive to my questions and needs. The technicians worked very hard and installation
was challenging due to the small area available. I have had questions since the May 2018 installation and again they are very responsive. They really do stand behind their work. Love having the AC!

Wow!!! Really disappointed! I'm a returning customer and was in need of help this weekend. When I called I only got the answering service even though the website says 24 hour emergency service. I was told there was no on-call fir the weekend.
I had Temperature Perfection come service my AC in May, paid almost 900.00! Broke last Friday and couldn't reach anyone over the weekend.
This AM I finally got through and the person who answered had no answer as to why nobody got my urgent message. She proceeded to put the actual technician on the phone who proceeded to raise his voice claiming it wasn't his fault. Sooooo unprofessional! Instead of accommodating me he said he already has 7 calls for the day. I said I'll get someone else.
Would have purchased a new unit but now someone else will get the business .
Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

Wow! I just got a check for $79 a couple weeks ago.
I guess better late than never.

Our heater decided to die, and so I Googled and Yelped, and cried and moaned until I found Temperature Perfection. To be honest, some of their competitors had better (and more) reviews, but they were booked up. So I reached out to their 800 number, and they had a same day appointment. In they came. We have a TRANE heater, and some widget went out. It wasn't cheap - none of this stuff ever is... but as a consumer, how do I really know if it should be as expensive as they say it is. The repair people were very courteous, and the pricing was easy enough to grasp. Heater fixed, job done. Everything worked out "as expected." So I would recommend them if you have a heater issue, and you are looking for a heater repair company in the Fremont area. Good job!

I had another business give me an estimate of over $1,000 to replace a "defective fan motor" and they told me that my 14 year of furnace really needed to be replaced as it was too old. That they estimated that to cost over $3,000!
Then Kevin of Temperature Perfection came over and spent more time actually troubleshooting my furnace. He found a bad starter, which he replaced for $200! My furnace is working great and Kevin saved me $800! Or maybe even $2,800 over the replacement of the whole furnace! I could not be more pleased!
Conclusion: ALWAYS get more than one bid, even if your butt is freezing! :-)

Our AC broke down and seeing the great reviews, we gave Temperature Perfection a call. The technician came out to assess what needs to be done and offered us a free quote. It was really expensive as he explained that we need to replace the entire unit plus the furnace (confirmed by another company who charged us for the quote!). I forgot the man's name but I remember he was from Bosnia and was extremely non threatening. We conveyed to him that money was tight and he called up his boss to see what can be done. He then provided us a couple of money saving options. After some consideration, we decided to move forward with it.

The job was completed in one day. About four guys came to get the job done, efficient and clean! This was back in May or so. Recently, we received a document in the mail with our new ac and furnace product registration confirmation. They registered it for us! If it were up to me, I probably would forget to do it so that was a nice touch. Thank you, Temperature Perfection!

A couple of years ago I had Temperature Perfection install my furnace and air conditioner and I was extremely satisfied with their service. Since then, I have signed up for their club membership to keep my unit running smoothly and efficiently. All of their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They always wear booties when they come into my home so no messes left behind! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for affordable and honest services.

This is the 2nd time I've had Temperature perfection come out to the house. Both times I was able to get a tech at the house in a reasonable amount of time. Both times I had the same Tech (sorry I don't remember his name)
Both times the problem was evaluated quickly and the repair done professionally. Can't ask for much more. Will keep Temperature Perfection on my speed dial!

Temperature perfection is a company very trustworthy. They never take undue advantage of the situation and the averagely aware customer. When I bought my home 5 years ago, Anes from TP showed up to check on my 25 year old air conditioner and gave a very honest opinion the minor repair required, he did not sell me into buying a new one, even though I would have considered it given the age of the hvac. 5 years later(2 weeks ago) the ac stopped blowing cold air and I waited for 2 weeks for their appointment in this intense heat for TP since I know I can trust them. Guess what!! Anes shows up again and remembers the first time! Did a minor part replacement with a 2 year warranty and gave me recommendations and approximate quote for a new one whenever I may be interested in. When I or my friends change AC, temperature perfection will be the top of the list! Great service and trustworthy!
