if anyone ever sees the owner, Tim, start another business, stay far away. He did over $6k in damage to my cars paint. Unfortunately by the time I removed the protective film that he put on a few years later, and we discovered the damage, he was out of business. I tracked his phone number down, and left him messages but of course he never replied. And he had a DUI so I'm sure he had no money anyway to make restitution. This moron actually trimmed the fiIm with a razor while it was on the car and razored thru the paint. This was years ago now but I see his old business is still here on yelp. He was a very nice guy. Just a bad car detailer and businessman. Hope he got things figured out and found something he is competent at.

This review should be date June(ish) of 2016. I used him about 18 months ago and everything was fine. The most recent two were horrible. The first job $200 was so bad I had him come out and fix things. The glove box was dirty, there were Coke rings inside one of the cupholders, just a lot of problems. He blamed it on his intern and said he'd fix it.

He gave me a $100 gift certificate, which I used on my other car. It was sloppy as well. There was a dead bug left in the backseat, and the product he uses on the plastic attracts dust and debris. He even told me that is what would happen with this 'polishing' product. Why on earth use a product guaranteed to make the car look terrible within hours?

I cannot recommend them and haven't used them since.

The owner Tim, is a standup guy IMHO. He's professional and knows well what he's doing and plenty of knowledge on products to use & not to use. I think his prices are fair and will continue to use him for detailing our vehicles. he's not just limited to detailing. He can install the "clear car bras, along w/ films and add on trims & deflectors.
Tim even corrected an issue w/ a dealer who sold me the Xzilon protectant product for our latest car. After one washing it didn't seem to even be recognizable on the exterior. Tim checked it out, bcuz he does a lot of warranty work for different exterior products auto dealers sell, and corrected the problem.

We have used T&C for two cars we were going to sell. Each time the car sold the same day. Tim does an amazing job and pays great attention to detail. You must call him when you need a car cleaned up!

Great attention to detail, great customer service. Pricing is more than fair. He got the suspicious stench out of my stepdaughter's old car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He's been detailing our cars for a few years now and he always communicates well to schedule the appointments and shows up when he says he will. He does a stellar job.
