We had a great experience with this company. Lisa was super helpful answering questions. They did a great job replacing our window in the living room. They cleaned the window and area up after the job was complete. Will use them again!

Super expensive and slow delivery time. I didn't do my homework and got RIP off. I don't know they do it to everyone or just me, I found that they charged me twice as much and made me wait almost a month.
Updates: After the review, Sunset Glass contacted me to harass me! They blame me for over charging me! I think this is why they have good reviews because they would intimidate customers to only write good reviews.
Another updates: I feel this business is dishonest. They tried to claim I wanted refund which I never did. Also, No one told me it would take this long. But after I posted review they claim that they would charge me less had I allowed longer waiting time. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I can't get over how rude the staff at this location is. In particular Lisa, is BEYOND rude and lacks customer service skills. When you have a client that has worked with you for YEARS, there should be no reason to make things more difficult. A simple communication would be all that is needed.
We dropped doors off with them at least a month ago, and when they were dropped off they asked who is paying for them. Clearly, we were paying for them. Regardless, they were getting paid for. Instead, they said they were going to be ready Wednesday last week, and I called a week after to arrange payment and pick them up.
They STILL HAVEN'T put the glass on the doors, so my client is left waiting 2-3 weeks...all because no one followed up regarding payment? It is so petty, and I can't wait until we start using another company. I will be sure not to recommend or send anyone in the industry to this company. This is for Chelsia at International Kitchens. I am very sorry you feel this way. You had told us the customer was paying. Customer told us you were paying. We did not want to get in the middle. Since it is a three party order it is always best to be sure before the order is processed.

It does not make me rude when I cannot give you information regarding quotes not in your name. That is our policy. It just means you have to contact the person who has the quote. Well, it looks like bad reviews continue with Sunset Glass and how rude Lisa is to customers. We understand that her boyfriend is one of the principal owners so that it makes it ok I guess for her to be disrespectful and rude to customers. In fact, she says, "I don't care what you think". If you wanted to be treated poorly and be over charged, she is your gal. I have lived in the Bellevue area for 20+ years and would never use this company again. Also, her post after my last comments was not correct, she simply made up a story. There are plenty of good reputable companies to get your glass from. Beware of Ms. Lisa.

We had permission you signed the document giving it to us. The very first line on the addendum says we charge the same card for the balance if one is given for the deposit. It also says the balance is due upon completion.You knew the price when the estimate was sent to you. That you also signed both documents before any glass was ordered. We want our customers to know how much the job will cost and request signatures so everyone is on the same page. If you had done work with us before than you should already know the payment terms and not be surprised.
So I am confused as to what your complaint is. You never called the office before the work was done to ask if you could give the installer a check. You also said you had too many charges on your card since your home in Arizona had been flooded and needed me to reverse the charge on your card. I told you I would once I received the check. You also said you would do a charge back on the card. When I would not change my mind you then left this review.

Not sure where you get your information. My boyfriend does not work here. If you go back thru what you signed you will see you agreed to the charge. I can send you your signed copy for you to reference. You were never overcharged only charge for the agreed amount. I can also send you copies of your charge card receipts.Nov 16, 2021Previous reviewThis company is the worst at customer service, specifically Lisa. She states she owns the company, is rude, over prices jobs and charged my credit card without my permission. I tried to pay the installer today and he said they would send me a bill. When I found that she made a charge to my bill, I called her. She yelled at me and threatened me and told me that she is used to complaints and "nothing effects me". She is rude, dishonest and I would never recommend Sunset Glass again. They sure do not seem to care.
It is the way you deal with people Lisa. You are rude and have no reason to treat good paying customers that you over charge like you treated me. I tried to pay your worker and he declined and said you would send an invoice and I agreed to that. I have used your company in the past and will NEVER use it again and be sure to let my contractors know. The crew at Sunset is amazing. Both inside the building and technicians that come out to install the glass. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, that's just a few things to name. We searched around for companies that had experience replacing glass jewelry case tops and someone in the window & glass industry recommended Sunset Glass. They sent out someone to professionally measure the tops and they installed them like pros.
Applying the adhesive tape is an art and they made it look easy. The finished job looked very good. Definitely worth having Sunset install the tops instead of struggling to do it ourselves.

Sunset Glass did a really great job replacing two small irregularly shaped panes on antique cabinet doors for me. I was quite nervous but they managed to get them to blend perfectly with the originals. All at a reasonable price. Very happy. Museum quality framing gave me their name as a recommendation.

These are the nicest folks. I brought a car sun visor in, needing a piece of mirror cut to replace the broken one. This was a favor to my Mom back in the Midwest. The folks at Sunset did a great job fitting the new mirror. They installed it and provided packing material for me to mail it back to my Mom. Much appreciated the great service.!

I would steer clear of doing business with this outfit. They were the worst to deal. The people I dealt with were very rude and difficult. They are also super expensive as well. My advice is to go elsewhere. In addition, I was haunted for payment relentlessly by Lisa when I just received the bill. She has now slapped a lien on my home and is demanding over $100 in fees. Again, steer clear of this establishment.

I am very sorry you feel we were difficult.
We only wanted you to pay per the quote you signed. The final payment was due on the day of install which was Jan 12th 2018. Today is the 26th of February and we have added charges to collect.
I did contact you in advance of the collect procedures and you did not want to pay.
Again my apologies that you did not understand payment was due on the day the work was completed.
