Boy Am I glad I came! This place really deserves every single star. The reviews got me excited about coming here and it did not disappoint.
The restaurant is beautiful. Nice seating area outside for u to just chill and enjoy the weather.
I had to start with the calamari. Any place that claims Italian I have to put them to the test. The calamari was delicious. Not rubbery and over done or too greasy I really mean perfect. Fresh, Golden brown great presentation just a Delight.
Then the pizzas! I saw the Hot and Happy Clam was highly recommended but the shrimp fra diavolo looked appeasing as well. The shrimp was good but the hot n happy clam is definitely my favorite.
Deserts were on the money. The cannoli was delicious. Cream was on point. The brownie was also Devine. Just an awesome place. My tummy is Very happyHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Yohvanni K.Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY9334184Jun 20, 2014

Pretty solid, I don't think anything too spectacular. In our group of four ordered a salad, pasta and a couple of pizzas. Service was attentive and pleasant, wine was also good.
Been here a couple of times and both times there has been a lot of screaming kids. However if I was in the area would go back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Yuri D.Newark, NJ19782Nov 5, 2013
Unexpected deliciousness!
Came here last night when searching for places participating in restaurant week. Holy taste buds! Pork belly and blue cheese salad - yum. Braised short rib - yum. Prosciutto and arugula pizza - one of the best pizzas I've ever had. That's saying a lot from the girl that usually only likes pizza with loads of sauce. This pizza only has...olive oil. So freaken good it's shocking
The good: great food . Location . Reasonable prices . Amazing dessert
The bad: decor is bland for my taste? But whatever?
How I know this will definitely be one of my places: I'm not particularly a dessert person but I especially hate desserts with warm fruit. My fiancé wanted to try the apple tart since it was part of the restaurant week deal. WOW just wow. The owner was previously a pastry chef. That is all I will say. You need to try it for yourself.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Meg C.Asheville, NC16435Nov 19, 2013
My bf and I were walking the Croton Aqueduct trail on a day trip out of the city and stopped in for a late lunch. We sat at the bar for happy hour. Lovely, modern atmosphere. Sitting at the bar, we could see the pizzas being made fresh, which is always fun.
We got the croquettes for a starter and OH MY GOD, I am still dreaming about them. They came with a cream pesto sauce and were quite big. The pizza was delicious as well and the service was extremely friendly. If I ever find myself back there, I will definitely make a second trip!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lauren B.New York, NY101624Feb 22, 2014
I came here on a snowy day with a friend visiting from the city. We both had a glass of wine which was excellent. She ordered the mozzarella panini while I ordered the arancini. Our meal was fabulous, and the service was on point. I would definitely come here again!

Had a really nice meal here last night. The service was great, the food was great - our bottle of wine was 50% off!?!?!
I can strongly what I seem to recall was the Tuscan Salad - the one with grilled artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. We ordered ours with grilled shrimp and they were grilled absolutely perfectly.
The prosciutto and arugula pizza was also a winner.
Finally, the espresso gelato? out of this world.
Irvington is extremely lucky to have this place as a local establishment.
I will definitely be a regular here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ellis B.Manhattan, NY27320Jul 29, 2013
Didn't have the pizza, however had one of the best arugula salads I've even had. In included walnuts, cranberries, goat cheese, and apple. The dressing was terrific. My lunch companion enjoyed the eggplant parm very much.
I'd like to return there to try the pizza.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alex O.White Plains, NY12513Jun 7, 2014

I ate here with 8 people (half of them children) and we couldn't believe the bill at the end -- it was so reasonable! We had several pizzas and a couple of salads. It was all delicious. The service was great too.
We were on a day trip from the city and were very pleased with this great find on a dead street (it was a holiday).
Definitely get the white pizza -- yum!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
