Stonebriar Property Inspections

He inspected our house but when we asked for more explanation about one issue he responded that he doesn't have any explanation or photos and don't bother to resolve it. So no I do not recommend them for home inspections.

They came to inspect our house, they just observed and commented that a professional HVAC/pool/plumbing/electrician etc. must inspect that specific utility or appliance! Not sure what they were paid for!
Also, the inspector left a trace of trash behind them for us to clean. Not recommended!

Do I need to even say more than Keith has 105 five star reviews on google? I looked through a lot of different companies, and none had all five stars.

We were considering a home that the sellers disclosure had absolutely no information on it. Everything was checked unknown. I wanted a really thorough review to make sure we knew what we were getting into.

I picked Keith because of his great reviews, the fact he did termite inspections as well, and thermal imaging.

I text Keith and he was available right away. I asked if my Uncle could observe the inspection so he could see what he could help us fix. Keith said yes right away.

My uncle called after the inspection and told me what a great, thorough job he did. He said Keith gave him practical advice and tips about his findings, and left no spot of the house unchecked.

Our realtor also remarked on how thorough he was, and added him onto her list of vendors to recommend.

Keith recorded a video of his findings and included this at no cost. This was so helpful since we were not present at the inspection. He also said we could call and go over the findings, with any questions.

The termite inspection was included in the price of the home inspection. This was so amazing, as the last time I bought a house I had to hire a separate termite and a separate inspector. And both combine cost more than Keith's inspection.

The thermal imaging I think is a must have. Very reasonable rate on that.

He also does zip line measuring of your foundation. He saved us quite a bit of money on a structural engineer coming out. He was able to take measurements of our foundation in all the rooms, and we can use this for future comparisons. This was a reasonable rate as well.

It was definitely nice that Keith is a one stop shop, and offered so many services.

Keith's report came back, of course, very thorough. It was 60 pages and also included links of helpful tips for being a homeowner. My last inspection report on my prior home was 38 pages. This shows you how much more time and effort he spends.

Keith was also very reasonsive when we had questions or concerns. He made himself available to us when we needed him.

You can't beat Keith's customer service, work ethic, and quality. He also has his own web portal set up where your report is housed, and you can pay online. This was very helpful.

He also had the key fob like my realtor and was able to gain access to the property when my realtor could not make it on time. This was so helpful as I needed the inspection soon, and we didn't have to worry about coordinating everyone's schedule.

Look no further for a home inspection. I researched a lot of companies and read a lot of reviews before I selected him, and I know I made the right choice.

We've hired this business twice due to how thorough and meticulous about finding possible trouble areas and have actually caught possible fire hazards since he uses a heat infrared device on the entire house. His inspection last for 4 hours but worth every hour and definitely every dollar spent. If you want to know how safe the house is you are purchasing, this is the company for the job! I recommend them over everyone because a lot of companies don't even use thermal imaging.. With the way builders throw together houses these days, it's better to get your monies worth and get this company to perform your inspection!!

Keith is an absolute God-send. I have had Keith do a handful of inspections over the past few years. He is the absolute BEST! He is thorough and fantastic at finding potential issues and concerns when looking to buy a new property. His expertise in home inspections helps protect you when you're buying a new home. His reports are delivered to you in a timely manner and are easy to read, which is a huge help when trying to address potential fixes that you want to make to your new home.

This is a long overdue review.
Keith did a great job on the house inspection. He was very thorough and detailed orientated. The pictures and audio recordings that he sent out were very helpful since I wasn't physical present when they went over the house inspection. Highly recommended!

I had great experience working with Keith. He has great work ethic and his knowledge in the topic has been very valuable to me as a first-time home buyer.
His cost is among the lowest after getting quotes from 3-4 companies. Moreover, he is upfront about available coupon and discount. Lastly, my agent said that the way he provided a video walk-thru of the inspection is the first he saw and it is very helpful.
Overall, based on my experience, I would trust him for my future inspection need.

After experiencing different types of inspection reports from different individuals. I've come to the conclusion that Keith is very good at what he does. His reports are thorough and straight forward in detailing his professional comments and outlining issues that might exist.

Keith was absolutely great. Quick and efficient communication, always responded calls or texts and the inspection provided incredible insight on the home I was looking to purchase. Would highly recommend.

I contracted Keith Boggs 4-5 days in advance with signed contract with his company , but was contacted at last minute from him to change the date/time. After all last minute surprises and hassles, scheduled at his convenience time/day - but to surprise- Keith and his company didn't show up for inspection- and that too with no Communication/notification. I Waited for him/team for 2 hrs at the property on road- tried contacting him on phone/msgs- but no response.
At last- i was forced to schedule some other inspector after lot of trouble from Keith.

Really disgusting and frustrating experience from StoneBriar Property home inspection, and couldn't believe such a unprofessional and unethical response . They shouldn't have committed for a service, if they feel- they wouldn't be able to perform/service- causing trouble to their clients. I don't recommend anyone Stone Briar home inspection company, as they may put their customers in limbo and ditch at last minute...
