Second tome buying from the meat department. And it smells horrid not sure what is going on but I hope they are using protocols when handling meat/seafood products etc .

Good assortment of food and the service was excellent! Fast and friendly. Would definitely come back to shop here.

Arrived at phelan and stopping by at the stater bros was the best experience ! Customer service was the best by an employee named brisa , she was so polite and redirected me personally to the item that I was looking for , I'm from LA where they only point or even ignore you but by her doing that for me was far by the nicest customer service . Sweet and polite ! Best customer service from brisa !!

I really don't even like shopping at starter brothers very often but this one is pretty good! Clean and the people are very nice. The service deli food is always cooked well which isn't something that is at every stater brothers so, enjoy!

I just went into stater brothers on Thanksgiving an associate from the meat department. He is actually the department manager from the meat department I think his name is Wade. I was in a pinch and he helped me out with a ham. This stater brothers is the best one I've seen ever. It's clean people are friendly and their meat department just looks immaculate and beautiful. Never seen one like it. Highly recommend the stater brothers.

Don't buy Carnitas burrito unless you want to pay 7 bucks for mainly rice and beans item located by the front of the store and wish they'd shut their fan off right when you walk in the door it's like 40 degrees out.I get a if it where hot outside but it's not

The bakery department made the most adorable cake ever for my daughter's birthday. Cake was ready for pick up on promised date and time.

Went there today for fresh veggies. The produce department was abysmal, messy, spoiled fruits. I bought the best out of the bundles of soggy and soft carrots. Shameful. Couldn't find any employee to see if there were fresher veggies in back.
Staters, you can do better.

The workers here are very helpful and friendly. Being that this is the only grocery stores for miles, it always has what I need. There is a fresh sushi bar near the deli which I was a little skeptical, but after trying this sushi is soooo good! Very fresh and flavorful. Nothing like what I would imagine store bought sushi would be. I even tried one with the raw fish and it was better than some of this sushi places around.

I shopped here three times while I was staying with a friend in nearby Pinion Hills. It had everything one would want from a Stater Brothers - just like any cookie cutter grocery chain should have.

The notes I have are - some produce was not as good as others - lettuce was over priced and had brown parts - there was next to no "Manager's discount" section for meat - and the discount "fast sell" rack of baked goods and random items was a real cheat, with the price tags written in a way that it looked like there was a significant discount but it was actually only about 10% (not worth it for a loaf of fresh bread that will be hard as a rock in two days).
