It seems a prior review of ours was mysteriously deleted. Stacy: You will not recognize this email address since we used another to leave the prior review. Stacy is the only interior designer in the group with minimal credentials. Other team members are children and her mother of which none have interior design training. We specifically inquired about specific well-established American design aesthetic and were met with shocking unawareness. We wanted to support this small business and paid the $1,200+ advance fee to receive an initial design board to be reviewed at our 2nd meeting. The MS Word document presented to us included the name of another client -- of course this explains why the presentation did not include a single idea that we'd discussed at the first consultation. The company is an intermediary company that will purchase household furnishings for clients masquerading as a design firm. Caution: Prepay at your own risk.

We don't even know where to start with Stacy Nicole Interiors! Nicole and her design team have been an absolute lifesaver for us. I couldn't be happier with the services Nicole provided for my bachelor pad. Stacy Nicole Interiors was extremely helpful, she incorporated all of my ideas & brought her own creativity to create a unique look. I'm thoroughly impressed with the final result. The end result is nothing short of beautiful - it's like walking into a dream home! I highly recommend excellent interior design for all your design needs.

If you are considering using Stacy Nicole Interiors, I strongly suggest that you do your due diligence prior to any engagement. As a person relocating from Texas to the area we were thrilled to be able to find a lovely home and due to timing wanted to enlist the help of a designer to assist us with transforming the home and make it ours.
While we thought the initial cost was exorbitant, we proceeded with what we thought was a high level of caution. In the end, for the services received, the value was not worth it at all.
We worked with her to order products: carpet, ceiling fan and wall paper. The saving grace for us was that we used our credit card and because we had the communications where she indicated the delivery dates/install and she failed to deliver the product or even provide an update, allowed us to file a claim with our bank and be reimbursed the cost for this "sham".
Regarding the carpet, she sent us an install date of May 13 at 7:00am. When no one arrived, we reached out at 9:00am to be told that the installers were driving from Charlotte and would arrive shortly (red flag), after another hour and a half we were told that our carpet wasn't at the warehouse when the installers arrived (major red flag). She did assure us that our carpet would be delivered to the warehouse between Friday, May 20 and Monday May 23. She stated that she would follow-up. At this point I smelled a rat and waited for her to reach out. On Thursday, May 26 I still hadn't heard back from her and at that point I reached out. I got a response that she and her staff were out for the Memorial Day holiday and she would contact me with an update on Tuesday, May 31. Needless to say - I still haven't received an update.
Once that date passed and still no contact or update - I contacted my bank and fortunately was reimbursed for the payment of items that was never delivered.
And as expected - the I will contact you on May 31 was the last "text" received. So save yourself a lot of disappointment, frustration and heartache and do NOT use Stacy Nicole Interiors.
The waste of time and resources is a hard way to learn a lesson.

Because we respect our clients privacy, it is not the policy of Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc. to substantively respond to negative reviews on "ratings" websites, even if they provide misleading, unfair or inaccurate information. Nicole disappears after she gets paid over $4500 for nothing received!. We hired her to help us design our living room and fireplace resurfacing. We paid $1200 for the initial consultation. We chose the tile for the fireplace but did not like the items she presented us with for the living room design. She charged us another $900 for the design of the fireplace and the living room. We ordered the tile and paid for it and the labor for about $1200. When it came time to install it, she disappeared. We reached out to her several times for a date. When she finally scheduled it, she chose a date without asking us. We had to cancel it. Then she chose another date that we all agreed on. We changed our Memorial day plans so that it could be installed. At 10pm the night before, we got an email from her telling us that the installer had to cancel because it was a holiday weekend. She knew it was a holiday weekend when she chose the date. The next week, we agreed to another date. The night before she canceled again. When I started asking for my money back and the tile we paid for, Nicole told us we would be reimbursed for the labor and we should have it within 3-5 business days. She did not mention the tile. When we asked her about the tile she did not respond. We sent several emails. She finally responded with what she called an "automatic response" saying that she was out of the office until a week and 1.2 later and she would get in touch with us again about the reimbursement. When she returned, I finally spoke to her and asked for the money back and the tile. She told me that she would send an email later in the day. The next day, she emailed us and she told us that the processing of the refund did not go through and that she was putting "the check in the mail" for the labor. It was another delay tactic. She did not mention the return of the tile. I called her several times (at least 10) and she did not return any phone calls. We paid her over $4500 for nothing. This was a scam! Be warned!", Now I have to go to court to get my money back.

In response to your recent complaint on this platform, as well as several others, regarding a payment made to Stacy Nicole Interiors for a project that was terminated by our firm due to a violation of our company's policies. I would like to clarify that your statement is simply not true, and we have taken great offense at your false allegations.
Firstly, we would like to point out that after receiving your complaint, we immediately responded with a photo and tracking information showing that you signed for and cashed the refund check. Therefore, it is completely unjustified and unacceptable for you to accuse us of not fulfilling our obligation or taking advantage of you in any way.
Moreover, our team keeps records through our CRM that tracks all communications to protect both our customers and ourselves. We take pride in our work ethics, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients. Therefore, we cannot allow anyone to tarnish the reputation we have built over many years through hard work.
In conclusion, please refrain from spreading false accusations or stating lies about our company. We hope that this clarifies any misunderstandings and puts an end to this issue.
