Spa Three Ten

I was looking for an aesthetics salon in Richmond because it was getting harder to book an appointment at Richmond Dermatology. Spa Three Ten had openings and was able to book a Botox appointment that day! The salon did not have a medical office aura about it, which made it much more relaxing. I have seen Margaret both times for my appointment and she is very personable, knowledgeable, and makes sure she fully understands the results you would like. The salon does apply and accrue Alle points which makes checking out a little less painful! Botox per unit pricing is right on par with other salons in the area and there is plenty of parking in the back, if the lot in front is full. I will be returning!

I love this place. I have been a few times and every time gets better. The people are so inviting and kind. I feel so comfortable in their care with anything I'm getting done. Hannah and Mikayla are always fantastic, whom I've had personally, but even with just chatting, every one is great. Definitely recommend!

I will readily admit that I am particular. I LOVE Betsy and LeAnn. They are both real and focus on what you want. After moving to Richmond I had a hard time finding someone who truly embraced an approach to skincare that was all about effectiveness with an end goal in mind. If you want an esthetician who is about results, Betsy is your woman. I had my first foray into Botox with LeAnn about a week ago. I am recommending her to all of my friends who are considering Botox. She gets it, it's about what you want. My conversation with LeAnn was total candor and zero pressure. I readily shared with Leann my fears - she addressed every single one. LeAnn 100% understood the what I wanted and as a newbie she was crystal clear that it was totally my choice on the what if anything I should do. She was totally transparent.I trust Betsy and LeAnn implicitly.

Fantastic staff! Allison is so knowledgeable and did everything to make me more comfortable. I'm funny about who cuts and colors my hair. I also broke my leg in late May which complicated things. But the staff and Allison rose to the occasion and Allison did a fabulous job on my hair!

On a whim this morning I decided to get a facial. This was true absolute best facial of my life. Daniella is amazing. Sweet, kind and fun to talk with. But more importantly, my skin looked so very different when I left! Dewy skin doesn't happen everyday and I'll definitively be back!

I've come here a handful of times now for Botox injections and have been so impressed with the service and experience. I started off seeing Joann and, most recently when she was unavailable, saw Leslie. Both ladies were incredibly warm and friendly and made me feel at ease, start to finish. Not to mention, and mostly importantly, they gave me terrific treatments with no side effects and phenomenal results.

I love their location on Patterson - the space feels very clean yet chic. Also, Katie at the front desk is always super nice and easy to schedule with.

Very expensive. I got a brow and lash dye that only lasted a week. The manicurist was rough and my cuticles were bleeding for days. Will not return.

Extremely well run full service spa that offers just about any service you can think of from skin care & facials, nails, waxing, makeup consultations and hair care & services. Highly professional and efficient staff that always adheres to schedule lets customers know that their time is valued.
Every inch of the spa is neat and clean and the attention to detail by the staff is evident.
Can't say enough positives about the owner and the team she has built - make an appointment today and you will become a long term fan just like I did AND your skin and hair will thank you.

Had another AMAZING microneedling session with Erika! The photo on the right was a couple weeks ago when I exposed my skin to a HORRIBLE cheap black peel off mask ( my own fault ) but here on the left is my skin today with light concealer after my microneedling session on Tuesday! This is my second treatment and I am looking forward to my third!

First time here and first facial with Daniela and it was amazing! Everyone is welcoming and friendly and answered all of my questions. If you've been to literally any other salon you know they constantly try to upsell you on services and products, this place does none of that. They educate you and I never felt pressured to buy anything. The place was clean and comfy and the staff are super knowledgeable. I am now a dedicated client for sure!
