SOI Brow Threading

The SOI treating salon is very clean & open. Great for COVID. The employees go above and beyond to try and get you what you want!
Diwash was great! Loved my outcome for my full wax thread!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had getting my brows done. Unfortunately did not get her name but I made my appointment at 5:10 pm (feb/8/21)and this woman was the only stylist in there. She took almost 30 minutes to do my eyebrows and cut my eyelid with the thread. When I told her I wasn't happy with my brows because she butchered them and refused to pay, for obvious reasons, she kept insisting that I let her fix it and I refused. THEN THIS LADY LITERALLY GRABBED MY ARM TRYING TO GET ME TO SIT DOWN ON HER SEAT, and would not leave me alone and was trying to get me to let her put aloe on my brows. I left and told her not to touch me. Very unprofessional, I felt uncomfortable, and very insecure. Will never be going back to or recommending this place to anyone. And yes I was crying in these photos

Since moving to Fort Worth I've been in need of a new place to go get threaded. When I lived in GP I went to SOI for years. I didn't want to leave my girl Shri but when you move you don't have much of a choice. My plan was to start going to this SOI location shortly after moving but then quarantine hit. So I did my own facial grooming. Bad idea. Bad. Fast forward to Texas opening back up and I was able to finally get back to SOI (hallelujah!) and get groomed.

Regardless of who I've gone to I haven't had a bad experience. Everyone is professional and kind. There is no wait and they are very clean and socially distance if other clients are present in the salon. Usually I am the only one but on occasion there is one other client.

Appointments aren't necessary but were for a time. Drop in for a quick, relatively pain free threading experience.

Very professional and good service. Practices good hygiene. Will return, low wait time. I'm not sure if the hours have changed but I was given what I was asked for.

Definitely recommend this place, went with slesha, very kind and fast, I will be coming here again

Last time I came here it was great,
I wanted to come back for lashes. So I made an appointment to get a fill two weeks ago well when i arrived for my appointment there was only One guy there and basically stated he couldn't do it even with me having an appointment . So I went ahead and thought ok I ll reschedule and so I did and when I arrived today for the now second app, the worker thought I was there for eyebrows so I corrected her as to why I was there, well she was very hesitant went to another worker. He stated I needed an appointment, I stated that I did, well the lady was very incompetent and had no clue what she was doing. And still was trying to do my lashes, I told her natural she didn't have a clue and bring out a basket full of different size lashes and proceed to tell me to pick, last time they did not do that, I told her no and left. Very very unprofessional and I won't go back! All workers need to know how to do everything ESPECIALLY if they are going to be the only one there!

Best threading I've ever had. Somehow it was nearly painless and my brows look perfect. Just moved here, and I've already found my regular threading place. Super nice and affordable! Attached a photo to show the arch they gave me that's so hard to achieve. Just amazed

Did not listen to what I wanted (or more so did not understand as she didn't understand/speak English). Made them too thin when I asked her to just clean them up/not make any thinner. Don't recommend.

Great place, very nice atmosphere and staff! Got in and out and was very happy with my threading !! Most come and see!

First time here and it was great, he did my sisters' eyebrows and then mine. He was very quick! Will def be going back
