Jen is fabulous!! I have been going to Skin Care at Pleasure Point regularly for facial waxing for over twelve years and am always delighted with my experience. Highly recommended!

Although I previously had a bad experience with this establishment, they have changed ownership and the new owner Jen seems to be a wonderful person. She reached out to apologize for my experience, something the previous owner & employees never did, and offered me a free wax. Unfortunantly, I am not in the area otherwise I would take her up on her offer.

I think it speaks a lot of an owner and business to reach out to customers from 3+ years ago to make something they were not responsible for right. Based off the very recent reviews, it seems like Jen is running a great establishment. Best of luck!

I believe the adage that eyebrows make or break your face (and a good Brazilian can make or break your furniture... hehehe). I digress, I have found the ultimate eyebrow artist in Jen at Skin Care Pleasure Point. Even when I'm working in L.A. I make sure to make my appointments for all my follicle needs when I'm in Santa Cruz.

Not only is Jen a consummate, perfectionist professional at what she does, she's also a really fantastic woman who makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to understand what it is you really want. My brows are always on point and there's no way in the world I'd go anywhere else for my "other" waxing needs. Ladies, don't walk around with whack eyebrows. Get your brows handled by the best!

My skin feels so good!! Jennifer just gave me the most relaxing facial! The products that she uses are really nourishing for my dry skin. I am outside a lot and it feels like my skin just got a huge drink of water! She also did a fabulous job on my brows too!

I love this place! Been coming here for years now. I've had both Patty and Jen and they both rock. I get full Brazilian and they offer great, natural products- friendly service, flexible appointments, and tons of great beauty advice. I was struggling with break outs a little after at first and they helped me get a good routine in place to keep that from happening, they help schedule me out for vacations and things. I love this place! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a waxing specialist.

I moved to Berkeley and I still come to Patty and the ladies here for all my waxing needs because nobody else compares! I get beautiful results, no bruising or in-grown hairs and an exceptional experience in every possible way. I have sensitive skin and can't shave without getting "chicken skin" scars, so I converted to waxing and never looked back. I met Patty years ago when I lived in Aptos and with her help my skin has been reborn!

This is a friendly, local place and you will feel welcome and comfortable. Any time I have gotten waxed elsewhere (while traveling) I regret the experience and realize how much better Skin Care Pleasure Point is than the rest.

I had never gotten waxed in my "nether region", but I wanted to get a full Brazilian. I called and spoke to Patty, asking for an appointment that day. I cringed, waiting to hear her say they were busy (as most skin/hair facilities do). She set my appointment that afternoon! I was so happy.

Upon arriving there, Jen greeted me and showed me into a private room. I was happy to see there was a sheet for me to lie on so I wasn't bare butt on a surface multiple people have used. She was also very quick to start!

Again, this was my first Brazilian wax and I was a little nervous, having only waxed my brows and forearms prior. However, I was able to make casual and funny conversation with Jen as she was doing the wax! She was very informative about aftercare in the days/weeks following my wax. The price was more than reasonable and I'm definitely going to come back for my next wax! Overall great shop and customer service.

I LOVE skin care pleasure point! Rates are great, patti is fantastic and I send any friends who was to upgrade to healthie makeup sets to pattie all the time!

Fantastic experience! Got a gift certificate for this place- and had never had a facial before! Let me just say, it was one of the best things ever! Patty was amazing, and really made me feel comfortable and great! Fun to talk to and I just felt so relaxed and enjoyed the whole thing from start to finish! Definitely will be back!
