The treatment was ok. It felt rushed and not luxurious at all but my skin looked better and the esthetician seemed very knowledgeable . Dont think I'll go back there again and I won't recommend it, it just wasn't enjoyable at all.

Friends and Family have said many good things about Natasha at Skin Care by Gabriella so I knew I was in good hands when I went in for eyebrow waxing.

Natasha was pleasant, professional and did a great job. The cost was a little high at $19 but it dropped to $16 after the 15% Yelp Coupon!

My eyebrows look amazing. I'll be back.

I've been coming to this location for years & Natasha is simply the best. She's the only one I trust with my eyebrows.

I've visited this location twice and while I'm a fan. The pricing is a little outside my budget - so I can no longer count myself among their regulars :-) but I would still recommend them.

I've had electrolysis and mild dermabrasion for hyperpigmentation (a very dark scar I've been trying to get rid of for over 10 years now). Laura S was my aesthetician and she's everything you would want - gentle, funny, COMPETENT - lol.

They can get a little busy - so I'm not able to book electrology appointments as quickly as I would like - but it's not their fault that my contract work makes it hard for me to schedule things out past a week - lol.

The only things that I'm not crazy about - hence 4 stars versus 5 stars are: They are in a very densely populated retail space - so parking can be elusive based on time of day of your appointment - and the receptionist is not usually very able to answer questions about specific services and products. I understand this - but I don't understand why they don't have a 'contact us' email option - which I think would allow the aesthicians a quick, no hassle way to respond to clients questions and concerns. There is an email address - you have to look really hard because it's not in the usual area - but even once I found it - I emailed them - and got no response.

Laura Smith was amazing! I haven't had a facial in a very long time. She did a deep pore cleaning and next day my skin felt clean for the first time

I love my time at Gabriela's. The staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Laura is a miracle worker. She does more for my skin in an hour and a half than I can manage in months. The micro-derm facial is such a treat. Whatever magic Laura holds in her nimble fingers takes years off my face. The day after a treatment I feel like I glow. And she can work that magic on my eyebrows anytime. I struggle with woolly ,square, caveman brow. Yet somehow she makes an arch appear. I am impressed.
I love the line of product that she uses and try something new every time I go. The results speak for themselves. I would recommended anyone who wants to look and feel better, to go see these ladies.

I thought I had done a review but my mind is slipping on me.

This is a great place for any skin care item. I have been going to Laura for over 10 years for facials and eyebrow waxes. I have also done other waxes and realized I am a wuss and now stick to just eyebrows.

Location is just odd paper mill and Johnson's ferry behind Starbucks.

I have never used the skin care line there but it is used on me during my facials and I like it.

P.S. Laura does great extractions!!

I've now had 2 excellent facials here and can't wait to return. Both Christina and Laura are fantastic. My brow wax was done well, and I have hard to deal with brows. after my microdermabrasion facial this week my skin is glowing. I also love all the products they use and always purchase several when I am there- not because they are pushy but because I love them. I am using every last bit of everything I buy I love them so much! Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I'll start by saying, this is my first review on yelp ever. I'm a very patient person and like to give everyone the benefit of a dough. I received electrolysis recently and it was by far not a great experience. I've been getting electrolysis for over 12 years so i know what to expect. To add insult to injury, I left with hair still present on my face after a long session and awoke to scabs this morning. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Over half the appointment was wasted trying to figure out the correct setting for my skin.

Located in East Cobb right off of Paper Mill I had not been to Gabriela's in about 4 years (not super convenient for me anymore). Went back today for the first time to see Lael for a microderm facial and eyebrow wax. The staff at this location is so accommodating and polite, it's a joy to be there. The wax they use is a special French wax for sensitive skin that does not require the fabric strip to be pulled off. It's wonderful, the most painless experience I've had. My facial with Lael was beyond amazing. She is so thorough with the microdermabrasion and extractions and after all that gives the most relaxing shoulder massage. I am getting married in 5 months and Lael and I discussed some great options for me to get my skin good and ready for my big day. I love this spa, no muss, no fuss, just amazing people and results.
