If I could give a negative 10 star review I would but I guess 1 star will do. The manager Chris at the West Hollywood location is one of the MOST disrespectful individuals I have EVER encountered, and after reading the reviews, I see I'm not the only one that have experienced the raft of Chris and I'm sure he will rebuttal to my review in a very unprofessional manner as he has done to others CUSTOMERS that leave a review on his unprofessional behavior. I've tape with the North Hollywood location for about 4 years and I've never had this unpleasant experience. Until I made the mistake and booked at the West Hollywood location. Chris was rude, combative and disrespectful on so many levels and I do have the conversation as proof if he needs me to prove it. I was so disappointed with his behavior as I have been tapping with this company for 4 years. I now unfortunately will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Chris should be reevaluated and properly trained on how to speak to CUSTOMERS that PAY for this service.

I have had issues with them in the past. I was emailed after leaving the studio to tell me that one of my tapes did not record sound. I was not given any kind of refund. I have a last minute tape I'm trying to do before 5pm tonight, so I wanted to book with them as they're close and convenient. I googled "creation station north hollywood" and didn't realize til I got the confirmation notification that I had booked with the DTLA location. I text within one minute of booking and asked if I could get a refund, stating I would be booking with the proper location. They said they would not refund because it is a waste of time for the reader who is in route - again, not a full 60 seconds had passed when I reached out and the appointment is over an hour and a half away. The address is also not on the site where you book your appointment. You see the address at the point when you get the confirmation, at which point you are locked in to being charged the full price.

I've used the Creation Station several times over the years to get in last minute self tapes. They have never let me down and have always been easy to communicate and talk to. Their prices are very reasonable. Their staff has always been professional an give the actor great energy when reading their cue lines off camera.

I was really looking forward to going. instead I experienced unbelievably terrible customer service. I've been so busy that I have not had time to write a review but I have been meaning to. I made an appointment and requested a male reader. I put in my credit card info. Someone got back to me via text and said I could only have a female reader. I texted that I would like to cancel. They made me PAY FULL PRICE! No one answered the phone. I TEXTED I LEFT VOICEMAILS no one called me back ever. I pleaded. Less than an hour had passed before I found out about the fact that they didnt have a male reader. I begged for someone to call me back. It was so disappointing, shocking, and low class. I am not very picky when it comes to customer service but this was just so unfair. Rarely in my life has ever left a bad review but this was just like throwing money away. And a lot of it.
What a WASTE OF MONEY and TIME. DO not go here.

Much appreciation for the professionalism I experienced at the Santa Monica location. Awesome final self tape-slate/about me intro...This upgrade will help me compete with confidence. I so loved the caring patient experience. Yaw rocks! Thank you for assisting me :)

I was going to let this go, but since Chris chimes in, I guess I should mention what happened last time:

I arrived ten minutes early. I put in 1 hour on the meter. I was scheduled for 20-30 minutes. The person running the session was late, caused the session to run over, & cost me a $67 Parking ticket.

If I am late, I'm charged per minute. When they are late, I get a $67 ticket.
Was I supposed to keep an eye on my watch during my session? If I had walked out to feed the meter, would I have been charged for that time? Most certainly.

Oh well. As a last resort, it isn't bad. Just make sure to keep an eye on your watch...

I'd give a higher ratings because they're close by and the only place on the Westside that doesn't charge an arm and a leg- upfront. However, both the times that I've visited, something has gone wrong. The first time, they overcharged me, which I had to call about and correct. The second time, they send me 2 takes per their policy but unfortunately cut off one of my takes. So, I'm left with just one take to look over and submit to my agent. I'm paying for the service to avoid extra anxiety that comes with taping yourself. I wish they'd pay more attention.

The absolute worst customer service for a self tape place in Los Angeles.i called to make an appointment as i had an audition for my manager in New York,the person on the phone was so rude and arrogant,i could not believe how bad the service was.

Stay far away from this place. They nickle and dime you for every little thing as soon as you walk in the door. Their policy is that if you show up 1 minute late to your appointment, you are charged for every minute of your scheduled time. Read the fine print and watch the extra charges that they will impose if you go over the scheduled time. They will also charge you extra if you want a same day "rush" tape delivery. I would never go back, horrible customer service. From all the other reviews I've read, the owner responds to anything negative by attacking you personally. I cannot stress this enough, read the fine print on their website or you will be charged massive fees.
