Seth is an outstanding attorney. He worked over a weekend to address a pressing matter for me, and did so at a reasonable rate. His responsiveness & advice were both excellent. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time. I scheduled a free phone consultation with an attorney named Seth, and he hadn't the decency to call back. This indicated he had zero respect for me and me time. He had no decency to tell me directly and in person he did not want to take the case.

I took the initiative and called him back and Seth conveyed a very disdainful attitude. The sneer in his voice conveyed irritation. Simply put, he was one arrogant piece of work.

Find another law firm.

Go to a toy store, buy 'lawyer barbie' and have her represent you - she will treat you better and provide better legal services than Mr. Rosenberg. This is the worst legal experience I have ever had. Mr. Rosenberg is a hot head and is incredibly unprofessional. When I asked for a statement lf my account, to review everything I've been billed for - no one in his office would provide me one, and Mr. Rosenberg claimed he didn't know what a statement is. If you'd like to see some of the incredulous communications from Mr. Rosenberg, just message me and I'll share them with you - they speak for themselves.

Seriously, hire anyone else, unless you like bad legal representation and enjoy being treated like dirt.

Update: Like many other reviewers, Mr. Rosenberg is now threatening to sue me over my review. Beware of bargain basement lawyers, his complete lack of character makes me wonder who bullied him as a child, which now causes him to lash out at his own clients. Business must be suffering...

I spoke twice with this attorney and decided not to attract him. My personal opinion after the second consultation he is not ethical enough. If he behaves himself so non- professional during the consultation I am afraid to think what can be during the lawsuit. I would never order his service and would never recommend him to anyone. Also after the first consultation I have a doubt about his level of qualification.

09/17/2018 update. Believe me or not he sent me a demand letter threatening to sue me for this review!! Run away from this lawyer! If you come for help, you can become his victim!

After they received my deposit, Seth became almost hostile. There seemed to be a lot of turnover too. Every person I talked to was either new or leaving. No one took notes. I sent them everything they asked for and it seemed like now one reviewed it. They'd just ask for things over again

Seth is a remarkable lawyer!!
What strikes me most is how quick and responsive he was to all my emails and questions and I had a lot of questions. Even on a Sunday afternoon he replied to my emails.
He's firm and direct, but always courteous.
I almost want something bad to happen, just so I could hire him again.
I could not recommend him enough!!!

Very good to speak with Seth. He spent the time with me to understand my situation and ultimately we decided together that there was no need to take action. Good talk/consultation. No run around. I appreciqte the time spent with me.

It's truly unbelievable how unprofessional this group, Seth Rosenberg, is. SR is/acts like a child. We had to type our own declarations and email them to him. The assistant that took in our info quit, and no one told us. For 3 months they did nothing!!!! The way I found out is the young lady reached out to me to let me know that no one was working on our case!!! That was the end of that! We did find a real lawyer and it paid off!!! Really, learn from our mistakes, there are good, honest, attorneys out there, Rosenberg and group ARE NOT!

Seth stepped in a few weeks after another attorney filed my bankruptcy paperwork and I realized that the first attorney had made some pretty major mistakes. I had to fire that attorney on a Sunday afternoon, and started dialing phone numbers from the WSBA website that afternoon. Seth not only picked up, but spent an hour discussing what had happened and willingly stepped up to the plate. While the other attorney couldn't wrap his head around some of the complications that had popped up, Seth actually laughed it off and smoothly refiled all the papers, called the Trustee personally to discuss the possible issues and my bankruptcy was discharged, on time, without a hitch. Seth has even responded to a few emails since then as some previous companies still want to collect -- Seth is quick to respond and remind me how to assert how the Bankruptcy applies.

I'm already recommending him to my friends considering BK. He definitely knows what he is doing and has the confidence and experience to handle even the strangest of cases (I would know.)
