I had an incredible experience at this auto repair shop. I got an appointment right away and got all new brakes in just half a day. Everyone was so kind and helpful with making sure everything else was okay with my car. Will definitely visit this auto repair shop again for future repairs. Thanks for the great work.

Been a customer for a few years - always top-notch integrity and skill, with a competent office staff (keeps us informed on progress), at a most reasonable price. We've turned to them for total rebuild on F250 transmission and brakes as well as mundane oil change/etc, as well as diagnostics and repair on Toyota Sienna and Previa. They have always looked for the most cost-effective solution, never tried to upsell us with useless stuff, always been rigorous about honoring their warranty. They've invested a surprising amount of time in free-but-valuable advice and options discussions. Pretty easy parking and good freeway access.

Recently, my GMC Sierra with 270,000 miles seemed unable to go forward so I had it towed here for them to look at. Expecting the absolute WORST, Brad told me no problems and they put some fresh transmission fluid in ....Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED !! Totally honest and fast...in the future I wont go ANYWHERE else !!!

Went in for a transmission issue for 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan. Was given a diagnosis within a couple of hours of brining it in, and was thoroughly explained what was going on and what could be done to fix it. Was given an honest diagnosis and a quote on services. Was able to bring it back within a week for repairs and was completed within a day. Also left paying less than originally quoted, which was a bonus. Would definitely go back for future repairs as I felt listened to and supported. Thank you!!!

What an amazing experience. Brad fit me in on a moments notice. He did some welding work for me while I waited!! He is incredibly generous. I am so grateful and I will be sure to return.

Thank you to Brad and his crew for the prompt service on my GMC sierra. Had a check engine light and found out that some mice had been in my air filter. Cleared code and cleaned filter and my truck is back home. So glad we have them here in Scotts Valley!

Brads crew always does a great job with my 2002 Ford F-250. Expert service and accommodating. They are my go-to repair shop for my truck.

Had my brakes done here. They were fast with reasonable pricing! The dealerships can rip you off....I'd rather give my $$ to a small local business rather than the corps! Will return for more services

My truck's transmission had a real bad/no good/could this be car ending? Leak. Lloyd's (who are very kind) thought that I should either replace the entire transmission or get rid of the truck. Ugh. Scott's valley transmission thought they could probably repair it and did! They also did it for less than they originally quoted!

I've only had it back about three months now so I suppose something could still go wrong but it seems to work fine. They also do guarantee their work as long as you take it back in for a recheck.

The repair took a while - but they told me it would. They were pretty consistent about communicating and updated me when there was a delay. I wouldn't call it super quick service, but acceptable.

Everyone was kind and gracious in answering my questions and concerns.

And they were definitely better priced than Lloyds would have been!

They rebuilt my Ford F250 transmission and it runs like a champ. Their new tranny builder is A+. They got me in quick, rebuilt my work truck and had me back out making money to pay their big bill... but you know what, you get what you pay for. I think the guy who built my transmission was named Brad... this guy knows whats up, he called me and asked how I used the truck and whether I towed, or used it for hauling (I don't), then he said he assumed it carries a lot of weight as it has a service body and would build it as if I towed to accommodate the weight.

Wish he built the last one I had done there for my Dodge... which wasn't so great. But they did a great job this time.
