San Diego Testing

I reached out to Mike Anderson to schedule an appointment for testing for lead paint. I met him today at the investment property. He was friendly and conducted his inspection on the original house built in the 60;'s. He tested inside and out. It was important that the testing be done. Mike's fee was reasonable. If the situation comes up again on other property I would hire him again.

My husband and I are remodeling our bathroom ourselves and I wanted to make sure we aren't about to rip up Asbestos in our flooring and walls. I called a bunch of places and Mike Anderson was fantastic. He was the most affordable, he answered my calls, communicated timing via text, and showed up on time. He tested all the areas that could be suspect for a flat fee and even told me about some things I hadn't thought to ask. He told me that he would email my results within three days - he delivered in two! And, he sent a follow-up text to make sure I got my results.

I am very happy with the service provided by Mike at San Diego Testing. I am remodeling an older home and my Contractor required that the home be tested for asbestos and lead. Mike was able to schedule me in fairly quickly to test my home for asbestos and lead. On the day of the testing, Mike arrived on time and the testing itself seemed to go smoothly. I received the completed test report a few days after the testing was conducted, it could not have been simpler.

I would 100% recommend San Diego Testing to anyone. Mike was EXTREMELY responsive and very helpful in helping us understand what should warrant a test. We are in the process of inspecting a home for purchase and considering there was only 1 item (flu transite) that was of concern he didn't feel the need to quote just yet and asked to simply send him a picture of it to see the condition considering we didn't have any intention of replacing it just yet. Doing a whole house remodel and needed to test the popcorn ceiling for asbestos. Found San Diego Testing on Yelp, left a message, and Mike texted me back same day. He was able to squeeze me in the following day and showed up on time and was being safe when he entered my home by wearing a mask. He answered all my questions, explained to me the process as I gave him a tour of the house, and even eased my concerns about what I thought was mold above my shower. Pricing is very reasonable and there was no pressure to upsell me with additional testing. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.
