      I can't speak to the work they do or how fast they show up but I can say that they are the kind of people that we need.

      I am posting this as a grateful neighbor of a client they visited today who witnessed the kind man move the trash cans as they should be, before quietly departing.

      Most would not. So thank you.

      I purchased an AC Pro unit from Rowland in June 2022. I just found out from another HVAC professional that they sold me a 3 ton inverter unit for a space that only requires 2 ton. It also is not a match for my air handler. I'm a bit miffed. I should've stuck with my guy. My bad.

      I have not contacted this company with this new info. I don't see the point. I doubt they will do anything. The unit works. They got their money. Others should be aware that they may get over sold. Get multiple quotes and ask questions. I didn't and now I'm embarrassed that I trusted these guys.

      I ordered a brand new unit at my home via Costco installed by Roland they installed a New HVAC system had a few issues with unit out of there control but they were on this right away,
      they came out replaced the whole unit the whole crew that did the installation were very Profestional and courteous and showed up on time and came back to make some minor adjustments to fine tune system
      I recommend Roland Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs and repairs or replacements,
      great Job guys !!!
      I thank the whole team Jeff and Mike and Eric and all the other workers that were here to make this possible

      I had purchased a HVAC system from Rowland Air, through Costco. I have to say that from the beginning when I was first contacted by their sales associate, Justin Silva, to the time he came to my house, to make an assessment of my needs, and laying out my options, he was very professional and knowledgeable of not only the Lennox product line that he offered, but presented me with my cost saving options, DWP rebates, Costco card rebates, and my credit card rebates. He took much of his time to explain all of the benefits of the different options and answer all of my questions. Once I made my choices and we had agreed to pricing, He had the documents to me in just a couple of days. A few days later, I had the Rowland Air crew arrive and work at replacing my old HVAC system. They had my old system out and replaced, updating my ducting, my electrical system, all within a few days! I did have an issue with my system, contacted Justin Silva, and he had his office get right back to me that same day. Within just a couple of days, one of their technicians arrived to straighten out my issue. Justin and Rowland Air made all arrangements for my permits, and inspections, without me having to sweat any of the details! I am a very satisfied client and recommend Rowland Air to anyone needing to upgrade or replace their HVAC system.

      Jessie is an excellent representative of your company. Extremely professional, and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him and Rowland Air for your a/c and heating needs. They're good enough for Costco, and that says a lot.

      Rowland Air replaced my HVAC system including new ducting in the attic. I now have barely any air coming out of my master bedroom and bathroom. I asked several times for them to fix the issue with no success. Prior to their service, I had more than adequate airflow to these areas.

      We had our HVAC replaced (A/C, Furnace, ducting) by Rowland Air near the end of March 2023 (via Costco), and the experience from the initial consultation through post-install services have been 1st class.

      Ron Moodie was our sales consultant and we knew we had our guy even before going through the same process with 2 other companies. He was thorough, thoughtful and insightful well beyond Rowland's competitors.

      The installation was carried out by Ishmael (spelling might be off) and his crew of 4 to 5 over 2 days and the process was planned and executed seamlessly. They were on time each morning, did their best to cover-up our furniture from debris (from the ductwork in our attic and cutting out new vents), and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, they were courteous and always made the effort to explain what they were about to do and answer all of our questions.

      Lastly, Rowland's front office team (starting with Lindsay) have always responded quickly and professionally to our inquiries / questions, whether it was by email or phone. It was comforting to know all phone conversations are recorded as well. This level of best practices by an SMB is often difficult to find, and is also why I hope to maintain a long working relationship with Rowland Air.

      Our HVAC is 25 years old and it finally died. Got a referral from COSTCO and Ron Moodie came out. The sales process was smooth and professional. I will warn you though that prices have gone up substantially since, oh, January 2020, but that's another topic. Ishmael, (spelling?) and his team came out and were professional and thorough. They worked their butts off and did a great job covering the carpets and other areas that might get dust.

      All in all, it was a pleasant experience despite how much I spent. We're very happy with the new system.

      Feb 19 2022: I'm giving five stars to the workers that installed our AC and our furnace.
      But I'm giving one star to the salesman.
      I asked specifically, will you fix any damage caused during the installation. I was given a resounding yes. Well that's exactly the opposite of what happened so that's why they only get a three-star.
      I would make sure to really watch what you agree to.

      Edit Summer 2022: The installed unit was making a rattling noise, two technicians came out and "fixed it". A few weeks later the sound is back. This deal is getting worse every month.

      Edit 2023:
      Added a starting capacitor to dampen a new issue of the kitchen cabinets shaking when turning on the AC. The problem of something "rattling" is still present 2 years later. Have to call back for another visit.

      One of their drivers is a reckless, road-raging danger to the public. Today just before 11:40am traveling south on 101 in Van Nuys they responded to a car changing lanes in front of them by maintaining a high rate of speed just a foot or two behind the bumper on a congested highway, leaving no possibility to break in time if traffic suddenly slowed or stopped ahead. A complete disregard for life. Deplorable.
