I have had Rock's Tree Service for more than 20 years and although things have changed this Crew has always done an exceptional job with many trees at our house. They are on time, clearly understanding what is to be done, all working efficiently and cleaning up afterward. Italo gave a very good bid, better than some other companies. Edwin managed this job well - yes, well done ! I will see them again next year.

The Rock's Tree & Hillside Service crew showed up earlier this week to do quite a bit of trimming trees and tall bushes around my property in Glendale. The growth has been insane after all the Southern CA rains earlier in the year. They showed up on time, with a crew of about 8 men and they did an outstanding job and even did a few extra things not charging extra from the original quote. Fantastic crew led by a wonderful lead member Edwin (I believe that's his name. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

This company has been around for a while but the name on the truck is California Green Tree Service. They were quick in coming for an estimate and our work was done the next day. Edwin and his crew were great. The work was done quickly and safely. They cleaned up nicely. Good communication with Edwin. Thanks!

Our 85 year old Oak and z85 year old Ash!
They have always don't a great job!
Only problem the guys showed up and were told by another guy what to do but I don't want to cut one branch but I couldn't talk to them because the only speak Spanish and I couldn't communicate with them so I told them to call their supervisor he came he is bilingual, I wish I was able to speak to them but he told them what to do! It was sad I didn't know any of these gentlemen I knew the old crew.
Next tree is the hug Ash Tree also over 80 years old !

Outstanding service and reasonable prices. We hired them twice to maintain the group of trees in our backyard and both were extremely well done. See the before and after pictures of how they trimmed our tree so that sunlight will hit our solar panels

Did an ok job on tree removal but ghosted us when we had follow up questions/concerns.

Rock' s tree service did an amazing job on our oak tree! Mary Beth worked with the city for 2months (Burbank) to get our permit. Fredy was the on site guy and made sure the tree was trimmed to our liking and it turned out majestic and really displays its beauty! The cleanup was fantastic! Great crew!

Mary Beth came out to give me a quote and explained everything about my tree very clearly. A couple of days later her crew was able to come out and trim my very overgrown tree. They were a couple of hours late but I've learned to expect that with home maintenance and repair people so that was no big deal. Overall I'm very happy with their work. The only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is that they were supposed to trim my tree 6 ft from the ground, the same height as backyard my fence, but they actually trimmed quite a bit more. When they arrived, the head of the crew told me they would be trimming 4 ft off the ground. I corrected him and showed him the quote Mary Beth had given me that stated it was to be trimmed 6 ft off the ground. I wanted to be able to walk under the tree while maintaining some privacy. After they left, I noticed that they actually trimmed it much higher than that, to about 9 or 10 ft off the ground. I take responsibility for that though because while I did express wanting to be able to walk under the tree, I didn't express how important my privacy is. And unfortunately, with the tree trimmed that high, I did lose quite a bit of privacy... At the same time I won't have to trim the tree as soon again so that's not necessarily a bad thing. Overall I'm very happy with their service and I would recommend them.

They are ACTUAL arborists! Makes me nuts how many people hire just tree trimmers who butcher trees! This is an LA thing. Rocks actually know how to keep your trees well.

Very responsive and helpful with the quote. Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would use again.
