Sweet couple photographing inside and outside of their house. Loved the extra time they spent taking pictures outdoors in several different locations and with different angles and poses. It was hard to choose which pictures I wanted because so many turned out great.

My husband and I both needed professional headshots while job hunting. Richard and his wife are amazing!! They respond very quickly and make the process easy. You will have the pictures you need immediately. I highly recommend them.

I was in need of a professional head-shot for resume purposes, LinkedIn account, applications, etc. I researched online various businesses around the San Antonio area and even went to a few places in person to take a look at the studio and talk to personnel. I reached out to Richard's Photography via phone and spoke with Patty. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions, so I decided to go ahead ahead and schedule a photo-shoot for the following week. Patty text messaged a reminder two days before the actual photo-shoot, and again two hours prior to the scheduled time.

I arrived a little early to their home studio and Richard/Patty greeted me. The photo room is fairly plain and simple, nothing grandeur about the setup. Don't let the straightforward setup fool you though, Richard knows his stuff. Each time he took a photo, he guided me to slightly change my stance and pose. He took about 33 photos and went straight to his computer office to upload them. Each photo came out Perfect.

The whole photo-shoot and upload/selection process was about 20 minutes. Richard is able to re-touch a photo if necessary and emails you them right after the photo-shoot. They seem like a genuine, sincere couple and were very hospitable. No issues whatsoever with the experience and Richard's Photography. I would definitely come back if I'm in the San Antonio area again and needed photography services.

I hired Richard's Photography for my family portraits. We took photos in a nice part of the city. I am happy with the photos and will recommend this photographer to my friends.

I needed professional headshots for job applications, LinkedIn , etc. I never take pictures & seldom dress in anything besides casual clothes. So to say, I was moderately anxious how the shoot would go. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Patty & allowed to continue getting ready inside, prior to shooting. Shooting itself was quick & relatively easy. Afterwards Richard & Patty helped me review & pick specific images for retouching. The husband/wife team were very accommodating, listened to my concerns & I ended up with many great photos that I can be proud to show (potential) employers & colleagues.

I called Richard photography to see if I could make an appointment for my husband and I to take pictures for our anniversary. I was told by the lady on the phone very rudely and rushed that they did not do couple or family pictures anymore. She asked if I went to their website, and if so I would have seen they don't do those kind of pictures! How rude?, was my first thought but instead I explained to her that I did and I saw several pictures on their of mother and babies, husband and wives and other pictures of more than one person that's why I called. She replied I must have been looking at the wrong site. I pulled up the site while on the phone with her and described the pictures that I was seeing. She then expressed she didn't know that they were still out their floating around and couldn't believe I saw them because they should have been removed. Then suggested I check elsewhere because they don't do what I am looking for.
That's fine that they didn't do what I was looking for but this lady's phone manners were the worst. For me to be a potential new customers and this lady to speak to me the way she did completely turned me away. I am new to San Antonio and I pray that all consumers are not like this here.
