Were not part of a national chain or company, which means better service and lower prices. When you call our office, you are greeted by a real person who knows about pest control. Do you get rid of chipmunks or squirrels that are possibly under my house in the crawl space? I can hear something in the wall in my family room that is off the garage. That room is on a cement slab. Crawl space is under the rest of the house..

Had Reliable come out a week ago and spray for the roly polys!! The tech was courteous and professional. He told us to call back in a week if we did not see results. We did not see results. The day he sprayed it rained/snowed so there could be a number of reasons.
I called back toward the end of the workday yesterday and was put through to the Office Manager's voicemail. She called back this morning to let me know that the tech was going to be in the area. Again, he was courteous and professional.

I discovered it looked like I had termites. Unfortunately, I did and got my quote which although was expensive, I thought it was fair. The tech that showed up was great-he explained how the treatment worked and what to expect. He also did a full inspection of our crawl space. He worked for 4 hours straight until 7 pm, and left the work area clean. All in all, they were very professional-I highly recommend Reliable!
