You would think after spending $8,000 in one visit I would have been treated with a little respect. Shoot, anyone who walks through that door deserves that. We had nothing but issues with a table we ordered. It arrived damaged and the glass on the table did not sit flush. The associate that sold the table personally came out to check it out and she had reordered it. At first it seemed like they were doing what should have been. When the second table arrived the chairs didn't match the table and the glass once again was not flush. When I called to speak with the associate they told me she no longer worked there. I was then bounced around from employee to employee getting nothing but the run around. They wanted to send someone out to try and fix it. The delivery guy! This was a $3100 table! They think I am going to have Joe Shmoe come rig my table. Um no thanks. I had left several messages for the owner, they told me he was at another location. After trying to reach him there, they had told me he hasn't visited that location in months and asked if this was a heads up he was coming. This manager at the other location reached out to him. She promised to be the one to call me back. Instead I got a phone call by yet another associate from the original store telling me I could drop the table back off to them. Ummmm no! I paid for delivery and have had to deal with this hassle for months and they needed to come pick up the table and give me a full refund. I went as far as reaching out to them on fb messenger only to receive a response after the refund was agreed upon days later. Not even sure if it was him responding. No sincerity and no apologies. Nothing the entire time! When we received the check it was written out to me and my name was spelled wrong. We had used my husbands credit card and asked that the check be written to him. When we called to discuss the dilemma with the manager she literally told us we were over thinking it, to relax and just to go to their bank to cash the check. We rushed there before it closed and had to wait 40 mins just to get the approval to have it cashed because my name was incorrect. I mean it wasn't a $10 check. I then had to go to my bank (who wouldn't accept it because of the name) and deposit the money. This was the worst customer service I have ever had at an establishment. Horrible horrible customer service. Makes me sick to think they would treat customers as poorly as we did. We decided to go to Lone star Rustic and purchased a gorgeous table from them. They offered us a military discount and were amazingly friendly. Even checked on us a few days later just to see how we liked the table. I have three more rooms to furnish, and this company knew that. They lost major sales and Lone star is now getting our business. Do not, I repeat... do not waste your money here. They are out to make a quick buck, not have returning customers. Sorry excuse for a company.

I cannot believe how I was treated here today at the new location. The location I'm referring to is the new location in the old roller skating rink where we've all skated.
I negotiated a price on a bed for $400. I went in today to pick it up and asked about a bar that we discussed on my prior visit. A gentleman by the name of Mike totally flipped out and told me he was not gonna be talked to or treated like I was treating him only because I asked him which bar he was referring to. He went to the register and threw my 400 bucks back at me on a deal we already negotiated

Customer service is aweful. We ordered barstools and the craftsmanship was aweful. I would not recommend buying anything from here.

Went in today to look for a bed and not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help. Will never go there again....

We ordered a couch and paid $1800 for the couch. They then turned around and said they couldn't get that couch but they would not give us our money back because they have a no refund policy. So we could either pick another couch or have store credit. We are being told we can't have our money back for something we never got!!!! All this coming from store manager Kim. She refused to let us speak to the owner. We are now getting lawyers involved!

We asked about delivery fee and the lady, who was eating, told us that it would be "a lot" and that they probably wouldn't get to it in a long time because they were "behind," and she had no idea when she would be able to get it to us and "not to ask her" because they were griping at her for scheduling too many deliveries that they could not fulfill. Basically, no one was interested in selling a mattress to us.

Love this store and have purchased almost every piece of furniture in my house from them but DO NOT order anything that is not on the floor, apparently it takes months to receive your items because of border patrol, my one piece desk order was placed on Nov. 26th and "may" be here around Feb. 16th
