      I wanted to find some lipstick to match a discontinued shade and Kelly helped me find it. She was great & I appreciate her help.

      I truly don't understand all the bad reviews of this Sephora. Every time I've gone here the floor staff have been super friendly without being overly pushy. It does seem that this exact issue is a common theme in the negative reviews of this store though, so it's something to think about. Just noting that it's something that I, personally have ever experienced.
      A couple weeks ago I was shopping here on a Saturday afternoon and a woman working for Dyson approached me and asked to style my hair. She did an AMAZING job, and was very knowledgeable about the product, and didn't make me feel like I was obligated to now spend over $500 on it since she had just styled my hair.

      Here I was ready to drop $200-$500 on perfumes when a store associate with purple/pink hair came up to me. I was smelling perfumes sp obviously I dropped my mask slightly down to smell the scents I wanted. This store associates came up to me to tell me that I needed to pull my mask up. I told her, how am I supposed to smell the perfume. She said, my manager said you can smell it through your mask. So I went to Macy's and made my perfume purchase.

      I was ready to purchase foundation and concealer today, but sales person was big turnoff. Her customer service is lacking to say the least, I felt like I was an annoyance to her! No thank you I'll spend my money elsewhere.

      I received a gift card to Sephora and I was reluctant to return based on my horrible experience around a year ago. The store has a new staff, and I was treated with proper customer service and professionalism. I'm really grateful that the store now has employees who greet guests appropriately, are eager to help patrons, and seem happy to be in the store. Based on my last visit which was pleasant, I would return again.

      It's honestly impossible to get help in this store. Literally every time I go in here I get no help. Staff is not friendly and at times are too busy gossiping. Exactly why I prefer ultra. Not to mention their point system is way better

      Have not been at it best since the pandemic...
      the line at the register have been absolutely long with having one cashier. Not sure why they continue to have one cashier during this time. And there are a few workers there who just standing around. Why not help out your fellow cashier?

      And then I have to wait as long for someone to assist me.

      This is every single time. And due to the long line with one cashier, I often find myself getting out of the line and putting things back on the shelf and just leave.

      I'm at this point where I will no longer be returning to this Sephora location ever again. Will only be shopping at Ulta from now on.

      Advice: try to have more than two cashier to help out to expedite the line. Or hire more hands to help your cashier out and help out with customers with what they're looking for instead of gossiping.

      I wish i can give them a zero but whatever, lets start off by saying they have the worst customer service here. I never feel welcome here. They definitely need alot of training here. They only give you the eagle eye like you are going to steal. I just come here because its closer.

      Horrible girls. am a regular there and every time the same experience rude arrogant non professional divas who by the way are not that good in makeup either. And they always ignore customers to have conversation with each other. Just awefull customer service. The only good associate is the guy one that has a long hair but all the girls i came across are rude and eye rollers. and it goes for both asephoras the JC penny one and the main one.

      Horrible customer service. When I asked for assistance picking out lipstick the sales person made me feel like an inconvenience and stupid for asking questions.
      I ended up leaving and went to Mac, who was very pleasant and helpful.
