Seems like nothing has changed in the last 3-4 years with their customer service. My father in law is going through the same things these 2 other posts have said. It's only below zero and he has been out of oil. He is on their auto fill program and they were just out by him. Now he is empty. They haven't been returning his calls. Very poor service. Remember when companies used to pride themselves on customer service. I guess those days are gone

We have been with Quickflash for over 20 years. They used to be amazing! The last two years have been a nightmare. The biggest problem is them not showing up because of a multitude of reasons. They were supposed to deliver oil today. It's below zero outside. Our tank is empty. They did not call me, I called them. They stated that the oil wouldn't be delivered today even though we are on empty. I'm done with them. I'll be looking for a new company. Unfortunately it's Saturday and no one is open. The person I talked to today was trying to be helpful. Overall the customer service has gotten awful! The reps are rude and they do not return messages. So disappointed.
