Delphinia W.Stockton, CA01Sep 30, 2023This place is the worst they employ and hire thieves So go through your lockers if you have one there and check and see what's missing. It's not outside people. It's the people that work there that go in your containers in your storage. I've made police reports taking pictures. David haven't on footage of them going in and out. They apologize and terminate your lease

I call the customer service # and they say that no one works at the location, so they can't help only refer you to the office # of the buddy office with Ingred as the buddy management. they have had my possessions hostage for a week and no contact info for you to speak with anyone. I warn you not to use this area office

I have been renting at this location for 5 years. Have moved from the old storage units to the newly constructed ones when they became available. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with different storage facilities and some with this location also in the beginning. But, when Donna, current manager, came to this location I have been nothing but highly satisfied!!! She is the best!

The phone number I was provided has been disconnected. Do not use this or any other Public Storage location. Manager is rude and condescending. Real assholes. Public Storage is the worst.

I was able to rent this unit online which was good. One rate increase but that was expected. Received all my instructions email and text which makes it easy when you are busy.

The ladies at Public Storage were very professional, detail oriented and friendly. They made sure I was happy with the unit before completing paperwork. I appreciate their high standard of customer service. They even had me check my code to make sure the gate access was working.
