Very nice storage place. Clean, nice staff and appears secure. I think it is the cheapest one because it stinks in the area because there is a recycling spot next door. It is also at the end of a dead end road beside the highway. That could be a good thing due to no reasonable traffic during closed times.
I got a large drive up storage at the best price in town.

worst storage facility I've EVER dealt with by far!!! where do I begin!?!
first of All the Outdoor units are Old, filthy and Infested with Rats, roaches and whatever else is around! The indoor units are pretty decent but the elevators suck and the carts are hardly available so if it's crowded you're out of luck. On top of Alll of that they have the Nerve to keep raising the Prices like the quality is going up as well! The bathrooms are closed or "Out of order" so you Literally have to Leave the property to relieve yourself!!!
I guess the real reason I wanted to make this statement is because for such a reputable company there's no reason to be this Bad!!!

The young lady that helped myself and my daughter was very helpful. The area was clean there was trash nothing was broken looked clean. thank you for your help and service.

Great location. I have been here for one month now. Great location from my job. The system which they use Great. Work very well with my cellphone. Easy acess.

I rented an outdoor parking spot here by calling the main reservations line and arrived same day. The spot was on an incline and our camper would have rolled away. There was another spot potentially available, but the office was locked and no property manager on site, although it was during their business hours. PM also did not answer phone and has never returned my call. We packed up and left after roaming property several times looking for someone who worked there. Calling back the corporate line they said they couldn't do anything to change or cancel my reservation, I had to deal with the local property manager. Sooo, they could take my $ for a reservation and do nothing for me to ensure that reservation is fulfilled to my satisfaction INCLUDING allowing me the ability to cancel entirely, same day!
I have called several times to close the loop with these crooks and am always told by customer "care" that I have to deal with the local manager. Every time I call the local number there is no answer, I leave a vm and nobody calls me back.
Well guess what else? A month later I am getting delinquent notices for a parking spot that is empty.
Ultimately, if this is not resolved and there is any attempt to put something on my credit report, I will take legal action.
This is at the Fairfax VA Public storage location and maybe other ones aren't as horrible. It seems if corporate can't do anything about bad business practices of local franchise owners though I would suggest not renting with Public Storage period. Very unprofessional, didn't have any carts available for people with big furniture. They shut the office down for 3 hours during business hours! You have to put in an acres code every time you use the elevator or it won't work! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. I paid about $70 for a month of storage for a unit that was advertised as First Month for $1. All that extra money in fees. I rented the unit on the 28th of the month. 4 days later on the 1st of the month they invoiced me an additional $230! My $70+ was for a FULL MONTH. As I only needed the unit for a week, I moved my stuff out in a few days called to clarify if this invoice was correct and they said yes I have to pay! I went to talk to the staff in person and she said no, it must be a mistake! All of this within 10 days of renting the unit for 1 month. Of course I didn't pay and they sent it to collections! Did I mention the storage unit had ants and an unknown dried liquid in it that smelled. I have photos. If you want to pay $300+ for ONE MONTH in an outdoor, tiny, infested, stinky, dirty box that they couldn't even be bothered to clean before renting then be my guest.

Don't waste your time or money with this place. The facilities are very dirty and the outside of the climate controlled building always smells of urine. The ladies at the office are nice, but not helpful with concerns or problems. Pretty much a "shrug & oh well" attitude most of the time. I've had a climate controlled unit here for a while and took my belongings to another company. I did not feel safe at this location even during the day.
When cancelling my rental, I was forced to call their corporate line because the location's manager doesn't return calls/messages left on their answering service. I waited for two weeks on a return call for three voice messages I left. Just rating my experience today, Lacresha was very helpful in explaining and assisting with the setup of the app for online payments. She was courteous and pleasant in speaking with. Overall, I received what I came for, and had the pleasure of being assisted with in a pleasant manner. I will be back! Lol

Their A/C had a leak and flooded our unit. Their customer service is a disaster! The district manager had a smile on his face the whole time. They have one great employee (can't remember her name but she usually has a hat on).
