The customer service was fantastic I had a moving company move my things into the unit while I was out of town and they called immediately after the company left. Very happy with the service and cost of unit.

Rep was very informative and helpful, when I asked for a tour of the place. I have never rented a unit before, so I was curious on the size and accessibility.
I just moved in to a 10' x 10' space and am very happy with everything. It will definitely help me organize the hoard I have in my garage. Thank you!

I been renting the storage unit for long time, they damaged my vehicle with paint also they when up on rent won't recommend this place if you want your rent to go up I went from 160$ to 355$ month that a way to scam someone

Easy online sign up for same day move in. My storage options ran out and I didn't know what to do until I found this place. I was able to do everything online. After paying online, I downloaded the app, opened the gate, and went to my unit. The lock and keys were waiting for me in my unit and I unloaded my things. Smoothest, quickest, easiest storage I have used so far.

I want to thank Shannon, manager at Public Storage in Bolingbrook. I was going thru a terrible move experience with a mover that tried shaking me down for $3k additional cash money out of nowhere, after hours on a Saturday. After an experience that would remind you of an episode of Cops, I realized I'd need some quick storage solution to close on my house.

Enter Shannon and Public Storage. She helped me determine my space needs, got me a special code to help get my storage unit filled after hours with a local new mover, and was there every step of the way.

Additionally we were moving out of town and needed to get a big move 1000 miles away. Shannon came up with a solution that ensured access by my new movers 21 days later, while I "supervised" from a 1000 miles away.

Its so cool, when you're between a rock and a hard place, and someone took the time to be part of the solution and make one thing less stressful to their customer. Not sure I'll ever need Public Storage's assistance again, but they have my recommendation for hiring a pro like Shannon. THANK YOU!

Just wanted to say getting set up here at Public Storage was a fast, easy, and great experience. The young lady who started our account was very professional and helpful. She showed us our unit beforehand and explained how everything works from the gate to getting set up online for autopay. The $1 first month rent is what really caught my eye. That is an absolute great deal. Still had to pay an administrative fee and buy a lock for $19.95, but that was no problem. In total it cost about $47 to get everything set up which was perfect. Plus this Public Storage was in a great location just 3 minutes from my current home so going back and forth a couple times wasn't a hassle. Also they are right across the street from Menards so if you need to rent a truck from menards then return it after your done it is right there. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend using Public Storage for your needs.
