I'm a small business owner in Bellevue, and I needed to make a change to my existing policy. The broker we started with was unresponsive and when he did respond, gave me information that seemed suspicious and would also have drastically increased my premiums.

I called Dee at Pro Benefits and she jumped on helping us on the spot. Within an hour of our first conversation, she sent me an update on the steps she'd taken to look into a solution. All of this was in the middle of the COVID-19 early days of the shutdowns, and while she was working remotely. I felt like a valued client before I was ever an official client at all!

By the end of the day I'll have officially ditched the other guy and switched to Pro Benefits. I have high standards for professionalism and service as a business owner myself. These folks impressed me.

Been with Pro Benefits for 2 cycles now and they are on-top-of-it. You don't feel like just another paycheck and they are dedicated to doing their best. So much so I felt obligated I had to get off my butt and give them a great review here.

I've worked as Accounting & HR for my last 4 employers. As far as health insurance brokers go, Pro Benefits of Washington is the best! Honestly, brokers are all going to the same medical insurance companies for quotes. If they all chose the same plan from the same medical insurance company, the price is the same. So what makes one broker better than another? It's the care and hand holding that the employees are given. I always tell the employees who can't decide which plan we offer to contact the broker (Samantha Settles is our contact at Pro Benefits). If the employee is planning on having a medical procedure or needs help with a prescription that wasn't preauthorized by the insurance company, the employees contact Samantha. She even helped a couple of our employees find affordable alternatives outside of the company medical insurance to cover their children. I hands down recommend working with Samantha Settles at Pro Benefits.

I run a technology company and we recently added health insurance coverage to our employee benefits. I shopped around and found Jodi at Pro Benefits. She was very helpful, explained the labyrinth and mind numbing world of group health insurance in a simple way that made sense.

I recently went through some pretty difficult times health wise. Samantha and Jodi were literal god-sends! Not only do they provide amazing health insurance for my company, they also followed up personally to see how I was recovering. I think they even offered to bring me soup.... Wow. You don't see that very often.
