Everything from the first phone call to my appointment was simple and painless thanks to Ashley at the front desk.

All forms are online and easy to navigate through and then complete. I was able to get the day and time that works for my schedule, the office is totally cute, Ashley has great customer service, and then Dr. Jeffries has phenomenal bed side manners which seems to be lacking in the medical community.

Dr. Jeffries took the time to explain everything to me regarding my appointment, I never felt rushed and only felt that she truly cares about my well being. Thank you

I researched multiple places to have laser removal for a botched eyebrow micro blading incident. From the moment I called, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The consultation was very informative and I felt like Stephanie was attentive and helpful. I have been doing a lot of research of PicoSure laser and Im glad I landed here with Stephanie.
I have seen how other places will just run the laser fast on your face and charge you $$$ and out you go. Well this place is not like that. Stephanie goes over my face twice and even focuses on my problem areas. I joined the monthly club and I love coming every month. My brown spots are slowly fading away. Great place and staff

Dr. Jeffries has been my ENT for years and has always improved my on going sinus and ear problem. I have continued to see her at Premier Cosmetics for hormonal acne at the age of 59. I recently had an Opus Plasma Skin renewal treatment to help with scarring and wrinkles on my face and neck. I'm a week out of the procedure and am so happy with the initial results. My skin texture is smooth and my scarring is greatly improved. I would highly recommend this treatment. Looking forward to two more treatments for the final outcome. Ty Premier Cosmetic. The friendliest and best services. Went here recently for Tattoo removal. Was so impressed with the help and support along the way from Stephanie. Office staff is terrific and was always so accommodating with scheduling or last minute changes when they came up. Was thrilled with the high level of service I was provided here and will certainly continue to recommend this business any chance I am able to.

I was referred to this day spa by my work bestie for a very, very special microdermabrasion offer. I booked the facial with esthetician, Jessica, who was adorable, sweet, warm and welcoming. She was professional and gave me the best microdermabrasion I've ever had. I noticed results after some of the shedding went away.

I've had some other work done since my October visit but I'll definitely be going back when I'm done with my other treatments.

This location is up to date with the latest and greatest facials, Allergen products, laser treatments, etc. I highly recommend Jessica and Premier ENT cosmetics.

I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews. We are new to the area and I used to go to Laguna Beach for Botox, fillers, chemical peels etc. I tried to get a appointment with another Redlands skin care facility and getting the appointment was many weeks out, they charged $50 to book the appointment (and it took me three days to get it back after I cancelled) and the person on the phone was clueless as to the costs of items. I called Premier and worked with Ashley to tell her what I was interested in and she provided pricing for everything and an appointment was booked. Unfortunately I had a work emergency and had to cancel an hour before my appointment. They were so polite and accommodating and I was able to re-book for the following week. The building and office they are in are very nice. I had Dysport vs Botok after a recommendation from Dr. Jeffries and a laser treatment with Stephanie. Stephanie was very personable and knowledgeable, it was a very positive experience and I look forward to more treatments with her. Dr. Jeffries took out a muscular facial picture and we discussed what my goals were and how it needed to be done. I was very impressed with the detail, planning and overall approach to obtaining my goals. Dr. Jeffries is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and also personable like her staff. I had to go back in after a couple of weeks because my eyebrows were a little more arched from the Dysport than I wanted. Ashley got me in the same day, Dr. Jeffries knew exactly what to do and didn't charge a dime to inject and modify the areas that needed additional injections. I have upcoming plasma pen procedures scheduled and can't wait to continue to work with them to achieve the skin care goals I have. Dr. Jeffries, Ashley and Stephanie are top notch!
