Oh no 0Apr 6, 2014Previous reviewI'm from N.Y. but am in Mystic regularly. In N.Y., there are no shortage of yoga studios. Up here, not so much. With that said.....I really, really enjoyed the open level vinyasa class this morning taught by Justine. If you're picky like I am, you know what it's like trying out a new teacher or studio. As always, I try to keep an open mind...with that said, her instruction and flow was near perfection for me. She was calming and challenging...don't skip this if you believe it won't push you as far as you want to go. I feel many open level classes do fall short...not this one! This was just short of perfection only because I would have loved 75 or 90 minutes however I did get the complete experience.
The studio was beautiful. Calming colors and scents. Very clean. Nice cubbies/changing rooms for his and her.
Pricing is great. I'm definitely getting the 10 class card for 120. What a bargain!
I will be back! Thank you!

Lori H.Groton, CT01Oct 28, 2014I love this studio; have been attending weekly since their open house. Instructors have come and gone, but the feel of the studio has remained calm and welcoming. I have practiced kripalu yoga for many years, and love the way all level of practitioners can engage in all classes. Casey's Thursday gentle and healing class is perfect!

From the minute I sent an email inquiring about a class Casey was wonderful to deal with. The class was AMAZINGLY AWESOME and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downfall is that we live to far to attend regularly. However I guarantee the next time we are in the area Casey will be one of our first calls!!!
