They were professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. They fixed the wiring for my recessed kitchen light and added an outlet for my over the range microwave. They even installed the microwave. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

I recently needed an electrician to come take a look at a light that was causing us issues at our cabin. Mark arrived on time and was methodical in finding the source. He fixed the light and also took the initiative to fix another switch that had been wired incorrectly in the past.

I recently purchased a home in the Pinetop-Lakeside area that needed electrical work. After being ghosted by the first electrician I hired, I began my search to find someone new. It was recommended to me to call Pinetop Electric, and I am so glad I did. I scheduled a walk-through with Rich for 1:30 on a Thursday. Rich showed up at exactly 1:30. This might not seem like a big deal to many, but after owning a home in Pinetop-Lakeside for just a short time, I have quickly realized that having someone show up on time is noteworthy. Rich is extremely knowledgable. I do not know much about electrical work so I was doing my best to explain what needed to be done based off notes my fiancé had made. Rich made a record of the items that needed addressing during the walk-through and even reviewed them with me after. I scheduled the work to be done two weeks later with an 8:30am start time. Guess what? I had two electricians at my door at 8:30. Mark and Kevin were awesome and did amazing work! I could not be happier! Once the job was complete, Mark and Kevin even took the time to explain a few things to me (electrical questions not related to the job they had done) that I had questions about. I am beyond pleased by the work Pinetop Electric did and will not be using anyone but them in the future for my electrical work. Hire Pinetop Electric! I promise you won't be disappointed!
