We recently moved to the area, and Ashley Peterson Quin was extremely helpful and responsive as we set up our insurance policies. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and the rates were competitive. Highly recommended.

Part of my job is gathering insurance information and certificates for customers. It can be daunting dealing with some insurance companies. I cannot say enough about the stellar service from the people at Peterson. I've never had any issues.

This week, I bought a yoga teacher liability policy from Chuck Peterson, otherwise known as YogiChuck. I originally applied via the online questionnaire, and my application was declined because of a misunderstanding on my part of how to answer some of the questions. I emailed Chuck in a panic on Friday night, fully expecting that I would not hear from him until Monday morning. He responded Saturday afternoon and we were in communication throughout the weekend. We got all the details straightened out and my policy went into effect Monday afternoon! I have never dealt with any insurance agent who made him- or herself available on weekends. As an apprentice teacher it was a little daunting trying to figure out a policy, but Chuck was very supportive throughout the process. I feel great about having bought my policy through him!
