I was able to meet with Diana several times (prior to covid). I'm a type 2 diabetic and was hoping for help with losing weight. I'm not sure what happened, but I no longer have much of an interest in chocolate. And have lost weight. Her voice is so calming.
And I have also become a low fat, plant-based, whole foods believer. I have most of the books Diana recommends, plus one called Mastering Diabetes. I have recently reduced my insulin by about 75% on this eating plan. And have lost even more weight.

Diane has a way of relaxing you that you don't even realize you are under. Then all her positive suggestions just settle in. The cds are wonderful. I listen to them at least every other day. I keep trying to get my husband to go to quit smoking, one day maybe...

Diana teaches a great class for weight loss. You learn how to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. You have group support from other people going through the same issues as you. With the hypnosis I stopped grazing and am mindful of portion control. I have everything I need to make a complete life change. Thanks Diana.
