Perfect Wood Floors

I needed expert advice on a flooring issue during a DIY bamboo install. This guy finds the problem, and says he can fix it , but its easier (and cheaper for me) to just do the work myself. He tells me how, and what tool to use. I gotta say, we are just about broke from this remodel, and are stressed over these floors. Guillermo's honesty and advice seriously helped us immensely. Guess who we are calling (and recommending) for any future floors? 6 STARS.

Recently moved in and wanted our upstairs carpet replaced with hardwood floors; we contacted Guillermo and he offered to give an inspection & quote - we went ahead and scheduled for as soon as we could. The work he and his team did was outstanding! Our stairs and upstairs floors look so much better now with how the install was performed.

Guillermo was one of the many people I got a quote from. Talking to him, gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing. After going through so many different styles we decided to go with hardwood and it was one of the best decisions we made. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride on his work are shown in the results. They took their time to let the hardwood acclimate and didn't rush any part of the process.

When you are making such an investment it can be nerve racking. You want to be confident in your decision with everything especially who you trust to do the work.
I had a million questions. He answered allllll of my questions even if I asked 2 and 3 times in different variations. Memo and his boys came in my home and got to work. They worked wonderful together it just flowed. They are professional and know how to crack a joke. These floors transformed my home. I am forever thankful. I was referred to Guillermo (Perfect Wood Floors) by my realtor/interior designer who works exclusively with Guillermo on all her home remodels with her other clients. I could not be happier with how my floors and baseboards look. Guillermo removed the carpeting and tiles around the fireplace, poured 17 bags of cement to ensure the floor was level, installed the floors and baseboards, and left the floors (& house) clean after completion. Guillermo also was able to come one week earlier than planned - this was so helpful to us as we were moving into our new home and the timing was perfect. Guillermo takes real good pride with his business. He stands behind his work with confidence. From the very first day he surveyed my floors he gave me a honest quote and helped me save money compared to other places I requested quote from. And he was the only one who actually replied to me. He and his assistant are professionals as they installed the vinyl flooring. Through it all from initial contact to completion Guillermo made himself available. Guillermo went above and beyond! He replied quickly to my request and came over the same day to give me an estimate in person. Super professional, he assessed my situation immediately - I needed flooring for my stairs and it was only 2 weeks until my move in date and I knew just ordering the pieces could take over a month to get delivered. He called me the next morning to let me know he tracked down the pieces he needed and was getting them shipped in within days and would get the install done before the week was done! He saved the day, and I couldn't be happier with the end result, my stairs are beautiful and ready for us to move into our new home. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family in need of flooring, 100%!

There is nothing more appropriate than it's name: Perfect! Guillermo takes pride with his work and it shows on the finish product. On top of that, he promised to finish the project in 4 days and he delivered it. He understood the inconvenience of being away from home especially during CoVid, especially with school being done online. Other than being very respectful, Guillermo also made sure that the appliances left behind were protected when moved. He also provided a reference for movers to remove and return my furnitures. The icing on the cake? Reasonable price! The quote he initially gave is the same as the final.
