Penske Truck Rental

Everytime I stop here to refuel there is never anyone working fuel and I am stuck waiting for at least 20 minutes for someone to "get off break"

I rented a Penske truck through the corporate 1-800 line and they secured a truck through one of their 3rd party re-seller's Nick's Moving & Storage at 3022 Veterans Rd W Staten Island, NY 10309. Since my cell phone was broken, the owner claimed he had to give my truck away despite me proving my credit card info to secure the truck. Luckily, I was referred to Nehal the rental rep. who was exemplary in her customer service. Not only did she have a truck for me, she was extremely pleasant throughout the process and provided me with fair discounts to compensate me for the time and frustration of not have a truck ready for my huge move. I highly recommend going to this location to rent a moving truck because of Nehal.

Horrible service! They are to lazy to inspect truck before renting and if you miss a damage on truck upon return they will charge you.
