Panera is my go-to during the fall season because of their autumn squash soup! I find every meal at Panera is consistent and filling. I tend to eat at this location with my coworkers a lot since their menu has something for everyone. This location is nice and big but still has a cozy vibe.
You can order at the register or on a touch pad. The staff was friendly and efficient. My meal came out super fast! This time around I ordered their you pick two deal with the Fuji apple salad and the autumn squash soup with a baguette. I'm a sucker for their baguette. It's always so pillowy soft with a nice crispy exterior. Per usual, my meal was delicious!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sep 8, 2023
3.8 stars!
This location delivers exactly what i expect from a panera. Ive ordered both pick-up and dine-in. Food quality has been consistent and love that each food item's nutritional values are available to be viewed. Staff always greet me and the place is clean.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 21, 2023
Panera is always quite disappointing to me. I ordered a baguette online and when I opened it at home, I had to realize that it had pre-cut marks on it. Very disappointing and not inviting for my dinner plans. Also, I am asking myself whether these marks are used as serving size in restaurants - they were all of different sizes... Drinks are ok. Bathroom was clean. My online order of a fountain drink and a baguette took forever and they might have forgotten about it as I had to ask after waiting for 20mins.

I have the sip club which is the only positive thing i can say about panera. Ordered the value bundle with half of the chicken sandwich and a soup. Photo of the generously size sandwich included. Requested utensils with the order in the app. I received a fork for my bowl of soup.
Helpful 0Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 13, 2014Previous reviewTerrible communication skills. I phoned in 5 orders today. I was given the choice of bread, chips, and fruit. I chose fruit. Additionally, I asked for a chocolate pastry.
Funny they never mentioned that fruit it's an additional $1.35 charge. Pastry was also missing.
This is the third time that I've been to this location and the third time that there's been something missing out wrong with my orders. I will not be back. - Sep 20, 2023Updated review
One of the restaurants that will provide best customer service. I absolutely love their broccoli chowder soup, however during autumn, I have to have the Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup. This time I got a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, but realized my sandwich had no avocado, I mentioned it to them and they made a new hot sandwich as I've had it before, they also included a bag of chips with it. It is a bummer that they have been out of fresh fruit for a while. The restaurant is located in a shopping center which provides many parking spots. Inside is spacious and perfect for large groups and family gatherings as they provide a rectangular table that can seat 10-12 people and other tables that can be moved around to create a larger table.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 24, 2023Previous reviewThe menu has changed since a year or so but it has not improved! The vegetarian sandwich does not make sense, it has chopped unpeeled cucumber served on toast with really hard crust. It feels as if the meals are cooked by inexperienced individuals, the salads are very cold so a person with sensitive teeth will have to wait a while before entering their meal. Fruit with bad parts are served in the salad and fruit cup, the salads tends to have the bitter end of the lettuce and some wilted greens. The bathroom smells really bad, though they look clean washing hands prior to eating is not a good idea at this restaurant because it will completely kill your appetite. The restaurant is located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking spots available.

Food quality has deteriorated significantly. Bowls used to be full. This one was half empty and not well balanced. Significantly different from the photo. Delivered product with 25% of arugula.
Mediterranean bowl, portion controlled. Can see different sized ice cream shaped scoops of hummus, yogurt, tahini. Weight controlled portions of Quinoa, arugula. Weight control is fine but the final product was not well balanced. Final product half bowl full which meant it was missing large volume of arugula. Had to eat mouthfuls of pure hummus and tahini to finish the meal. Not a pleasant experience for the price.
15$ for warm salad which was essentially filler with hummus, yogurt, tahini to make profit. Cost of goods around 3$. no meat. Limited portion size of arugula and quinoa for profit maximization.
Obscene. Should have known to avoid. Learned lesson the hard way again. Waiting for car to charge. Now I know why I am the only one eating. Everybody else waits in their car.
All about profit and stock price. Can see how they have a 300$ stock price.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 15, 2022Updated review
IMHO
I've always liked Panera Bread. This visit I had to take away a star rating.
I ordered the U pic 2 special; My choice of a 1/2 tuna sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. If you look at the picture I posted, you can barely see any tuna in the sandwich. I was disappointed in the small amount of tuna but the sandwich was still tasty. The Broccoli cheddar soup was good but not hot, only lukewarm.
My friend's sandwich was missing arugula, so she brought it back. They made the correct sandwich and gave her a chocolate chip cookie treat for her trouble.
Service was friendly and helpful as always. Thank you Daisy! Will I go back? Of course.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Aug 14, 2021Previous reviewIMHO - Covid Edition
It has been YEARS since I last dined at Panera! Today my friend wanted to meet here. Okay!
Pre-pandemic, this place was usually busy and crowded with long lines waiting to order. I didn't mind waiting. It gave me time to decide what sandwich I wanted and what yummy pastry to bring home!
No long lines today. Lots of inside tables and mini-booths to choose from. Ordering was seamless although it is always difficult to hear the cashier between the plexiglass and masks. But it is what it is!
Tables were clean and spotless. Thank you! Our meals arrived probably within 8 minutes. My half salad/sandwich combo was bountiful and delicious. The salad was so big that I couldn't finish it. It was full of strawberries, blueberries, pineapple slices, romaine, maybe some sliced almonds, mandarin oranges, etc. My turkey/bacon/avocado half sandwich was just the right size and very filling. I don't know how much it cost because my friend treated me! She enjoyed her 2-Pick-2 half sandwich/half soup combo and scarfed it all up! With the 2-Pick-2 combo, you also get a choice of a small baguette, apple, or bag of chips.
At the beverage station, lemon slices are no longer available. I get it.
All-in-all, a delicious lunch. Don't forget to bus your dishes! - Desirée W.San Jose, CA229359Feb 29, 2024
My family loves some Panera! Our typical choice after church on Sundays is here! Staff is always welcoming & gives great service and quality food! We had a small mistake in our order once and they replaced it with no issues! It's usually busy but enough room to still have a relaxing meal. They were under construction last time we came so dine in wasn't an option, but we cant wait to be back when they are complete!
