Cynthia is the absolute best. From when I first started my laser hair removal journey to now she's always been accommodating, patient and fun! The place is always clean and the staff I have interacted with are great.

I do agree with the other reviews that the machines have issues at times but they do try to make it right. They also honor Groupon prices and will even try to work with you if it expired.

Super professional super easy super parking super overall treatment. And they use numbing cream for a tiny area
Update: Great appointment number two today!

I had 2 sessions and they were very good. I purchased 4 area packages plus 2 massages. I went for my next appointment only to find that they went out of business overnight. They had my money; their voicemail said they are closed due to "unforeseen circumstances". Definitely do not buy any services from them, especially from Groupon. Their prices were excellent and service great, but they are thieves/unethical.

Rip off company. Got a Groupon for seven sessions. Only got three. Showed up today for my appointment to see they're permanently closed. They didn't even call the customers to cancel the appointments. Shady scam artists!

I've bought a laser packet about 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to get in touch with the front desk, I have left many messages. No one answers the phone or calls back; very upsetting. Wouldn't recommend .

Fairly unsatisfied with the quality of customer service lately. I've gone through 4 laser sessions so far and it's been smooth sailing... however this weekend I had an appointment and when I showed up the office was closed?? I am confused as to why I was not notified that my appointment was canceled out of nowhere, the office was closed with no message or signage, and why I have not received a call back to my voicemails. It's impossible to get an appointment unless you schedule 6 weeks out so this lack of communication is going to mess up my laser treatment, because I doubt they will be able to get me back in a timely manner. Will have to go somewhere else :(

I've been going to Palm Beach medical for about a year. 3 months ago I got bikini laser from Cyn and during I was visibly and audibly yelping and shuddering as she did between my cheeks. I got home and looked in the mirror and all my skin was gone it was completely pink and raw. Totally burnt my skin all the way off. I called her and she was very dismissive. So I went back there she took me into a back room looked me in the face and with audacity said "but it worked didn't it?.... And because it's burnt you won't grow hair there anymore"
That's absolutely unacceptable and complete BS. If I'm yelling in pain and you're ripping my skin off wouldn't you just stop the treatment? Also it's months later and I still grow hair there and it's also still kind of pink and definitely not the same color as my skin. That's two bad experiences in a row, my third one was yesterday. I got what looked like a new technician. Her technique was very bad. Very skattered in her placement of the laser, dare I say- patchy job. So I don't even know if my whole area was laseref because of her slapdash technique. I also told her I had sunscreen & moisturizer on my face, to take it off. She barely patted tree small spots on my upper lip and that was it..... I'd you know anything about laser you know the area should be clean & dry. That it was not. Also.... She failed to offer me goggles, and she didn't wear any herself..... that's dangerous for both our eyes. Especially hers. So I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my recent visits to this place. The owner really needs to get her technicians doing the right thing. Not hurting, insulting and giving people trashy service.

They are the sweetest. I've been coming to this office since 2017. I've never had any issues. They're super professional, sweet, and take such care of you while you're in so much pain. I wouldn't listen to the 1 star reviews here... they are silly . If the machine is broken is broken... what are they supposed to do ? Build it from scratch? Get over yourself and wait for the thing to get fixed, it's not like the esthetician makes a decision on when to buy a machine or when to repare it. Their costumer service is top notch. If you're not unreasonable, I promise you won't regret it .

This is THE WORST place I have ever been to for laser hair removal!!! I have been to several places as I have done multiple treatments for my legs & my upper lip so far. This place not only had a broken machine for months and would cancel my appointments but they NEVER answer the phone it's impossible to get ahold of them. And to add the cherry on top they schedule your appointments for times they aren't even open???? Like why would you schedule my appointment for 30 minutes after you close and then get mad when I show up? Also everytime I get my treatments done I get burns all over my legs (idk if this is normal) but they usually go away after a while at least! Update: apparently they're permanently closed now?! Why would they not even call to tell us? I've only gotten 3/7 sessions I paid for and I can't even get ahold of them???
