I stopped by looking for a specialty light which RH called out for on a new lamp, T6 DC Filament LED bulb 4W. Thomas helped me out with a non LED version of the bulb. Not only was it $25 cheaper than the RH web site, it looked better in the house.

It was my first visit however I have a new light home.

Great customer service! Brought in a 20 year old bedside lamp that stopped working. Dropped it off for unknown repairs. Thomas fixed it the same day. Turned out it needed a new switch. Cost was 50.00 for 1 hour repair labor and 4.00 for the switch. Fast, reasonable, friendly, helpful. Def recommend this outfit! Will keep them on my short list for any future needs!

I had a 15 year old lamp that was incredibly hard to get to turn on. I took it in and 5 min later it was good as new. Very friendly service and I appreciate him helping me get it back in my car as it was heavy.

Thomas had both the parts and I know how to fix my lamp.

The lamp has two dimmer switches inside the pole. Each one was different and I'm so happy he knew what it took and had them in stock. He fixed it while I waited and his charge for labor and material was very reasonable.

I was thrilled to discover this amazing resource for lighting. Recently needed to swap out fluorescent tubes for line voltage LED, they had what I needed and at a great price. Also have found bulbs no longer available at local hardware stores. Such a great selection.

I sent my handyman into get a chandler rewired and it came back with a really short ground wire. I called and Thomas said he told my handyman he had to go to Ace Hardware or somewhere else to get the wire. This would be ok IF he had actually told my handyman. Then he back peddled and said he was really busy. I understand mistakes happen but DON'T belittle a customer, lie and then try to talk your way out of it. A simple I am sorry I made a mistake and this is how it can be fixed is always the correct answer. Customer blaming is how you get a 1 star and negative review.

Super easy to find and great off street parking. Right by Michael's in Raleigh Hills. Thomas was so helpful figuring out the LED color tones and brightness.

This shop is great!!! I have some lighting in my office that requires very distinct light bulbs. They have them! All of them! And they deliver!! With great customer service!
