At this point I might as well buy my own Matcha and make my own drink. I wanted my drink with no ice due to the fact I drink my drink very slow and didn't want it watered down. This is what I received. Do you see this? $5 plus for what a grande drink in a venti cup? Another thing is I always ask for sweet foam on the side and they usually give it to me with an up charge. I'm assuming when they don't want to make the sweet foam they say that they cannot make sweet foam on the side which I always get. If you're going to make a rule about something stick to it. It shouldn't be you can and you can't depending on who's there. If you're charging me extra for it what's the problem. I'm very faithful to Starbucks but now I think I'm done with them. The service here is good on and off and never consistent.

This little location is fantastic! Mainly a drive through but you can also walk in if you want.. probably faster than drive through.
They get my order correct every time and they are very courteous... that is much appreciated!

This Starbucks is tucked on the edge of the center so getting through to this as well as to the drive thru line might be a little weird as there isn't too much space to get there. Majority of their space inside is for the backend and tending to the drive-thru line.
I usually just mobile order before I get there as I have ordered in person before and it did take a while as their drive-thru line is busy and their inside area is fairly small. They do have decent sized outdoor seating for nice days but it's right next to the drive-thru line so you'll be near cars the entire time.

Placed a mobile order for in-store pickup with the 50% off cold drinks on Tuesdays in July special.
Got to the Starbucks, and the inside was closed at 9:22pm. Says they're open until 10pm, so we went into the long drive through line for the pickup instead. Finally, we got to the speaker. She had a hard time hearing us, and they said they didn't have our orders. She told us just to make our way to the window. We got up to the window, and there was definitely confusion. They heard my husband say Stan instead of Christanne. She looked at our orders on our phones and said they had mine but not his. Then, they brought out his drink and said they were making mine. So lost....
Anyways, they got both drinks. It took 18 minutes once we got there to go through the whole ordeal. Just a whole bunch of confusion. I'm sure it was super busy today with the 50% off thing. It wasn't too bad because we weren't in a rush to go back home. This place is HORRIBLE . Waited for one drink for nearly 30mins. . Worker for the mobile order was faster making drinks than the one making the in-store orders. Waiting time is RIDICULOUS. When I finally got my drink it taste like

Not sure why I keep giving this location chances. It's gone downhill the last few years. Out of convenience (and my own fault of being lazy), I order here once a year if that. Each time I come through no matter the time of day, week, season, what have you... it somehow is more disappointing than the previous visit.
Mobile order is never on time and if it is, the order is messed up. No customers in the lobby yet you're still waiting for the crew to finish up their gossip before they assist you.

Most of the time they do pretty good but occasionally they half a$$ their drinks. I usually order mobile thinking it'd be more convinient for them not needing to deal with taking orders in person on rush hours in the morning, but this was the order that I had to write a review. I specifically ordered NO CINNAMON as I am severely allergic and what do I get, A TEASPOON OF CINNAMON Atleast. This Starbucks needs to get their training done on Food Allergen cause I'm only writing a review cause I caught it and who knows how someone else may react if they get the same situation. In conclusion, 70% good service 30% half a$$.

asked for four venti drinks, the same drinks i ask for at every starbucks location. went in the drive thru and don't know if it was an off day for the dude at the window but he's handing me all four without a cup holder. i thought it was common sense to get a holder when there's at least 3 drinks ? anyways, i had to ask for one but it just caught me off guard, all the other starbucks always give me a cup holder and this one i had to ask for it for my 4 drinks.

I ordered 3 drinks and 2 pastries. Since I paid with a card, before u pay the device asks if you want to add a tip, which I added a tip; then paid.
Well, I had to ask for a cup holder, I also had to ask for 2 more straws since I was only given one, I also had to ask for my reciept.... Oh and mind you the wait was ridiculous, the wait to receive my items and the wait to receive my extra straws. All just to get home and find out all of my beverages had ZERO flavor.
