I was shopping around for air suspension for a little bit and Outcast Garage price matched a low quote from a competitor. I decided to order from Outcast because they are only 15 minutes away from me and heard many great things about them. Why not order it from them and let them install it too? They also offer a lifetime worksmanship warranty, which made me lean toward them for installing. Installation price was cheap compared to other shops. 2C helped me out with my inquiries and order on a random weekday around midnight! Made me a detailed invoice through PayPal and answered all my questions about air. They were kind and let me ship my air to their place until install, since I don't have much space to store them in my condo. They let me know the sooner I order, the sooner I can get a fast install date appointment set. Their first slot for install was available 18 days after the order date. Slots fill up quick for air appointments. They originally said that it would take 3 days for my car to be done, which is extremely quick for air install. Dropped my car off Monday at 9a and they were done Wednesday at 1p. Super quick. They put a steering wheel cover, placemat cover, and seat cover so your car won't be dirty from the tech. That is a bonus for me because it is super unprofessional when mechanics dirty up everything while working on your car and give it back to you without cleaning the mess they made. They ran into a problem with a bent hub ring on one of my wheels and couldn't take the wheel off initially so they gave me a call to let me know, but they eventually figured it out and everything was good. Upon picking up the car, they showed me everything I needed to know about using the airlift controller and system, adjust ride heights, and the usual. Very happy with my decision to go with Outcast Garage and would recommend those to contact them and let them know what you need. They will help you out!

No one should Never Buy Parts from OutCast Garage BAD Buiness been waiting on part since March and still Dont have my part or my Money back. you try and contact them through Email No answer and they don't have a telephone number i don't recommend anyone to buy parts from them ever.

Aug 5, 2022Previous reviewBUYER BEWARE... we purchased $1100 exhaust system from this establishment. They were unable to deliver it and have conveniently avoided refunding our $1100 for months now. Their website takes you to a dead end link when you try to reach out to them for a "call back" . Our purchase was acknowledged as undeliverable and we were promised an email confirming a refund would be received. We remained in the cue for refund processing for months. I did make contact with their support team last week via email. At that point I was told our refund would be processed with in 3 to 5 business days. They actually followed up with the refund confirmation email (7/27) to my husband promising a full refund in 5 to 7 business days. I remain skeptical and will be sending my prepared info to the proper authorities at 5PM my time today as we are now well into business day 7 and there is no refund pending. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!

It has been almost two years since my initial order, for the first 12 months I followed up each month with a new inquiry about my 420$ sequential led turn signal and sport bezel kit I added onto my qs bumper. I was going to sell the car but couldn't because I couldn't not complete the body kit with the missing parts. I was offered a refund and when I asked for it they stopped replying. I now cannot seem to find a way to ask them again through their website. A lot of people I know that own g37's like me are missing the same parts STILL to this day. Please do not do business with them, they do not care about your build at all and will leave you high and dry for years!

Lied to me about my order shipping status and stayed with the same lie for 5 months, and I still don't have my Product! They never offered me any sort of compensation either!

This "company" is a joke. I'm surprised Brandon emailed me back once. He told to me to order the polyurethane iPL front bumper instead because the painted k23 color would take months to get here. He then said it would be 950 which it was but he added some bs shipping charge of 180 so they wouldn't lose so much money. It's been almost 2 months and still no bumper or no response. They should let people know it will take 2 months minimum to get your items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP ASS "COMPANY".

It's been 7 weeks. When I order my items it said up to 6 weeks that it will be shipped out. I don't wanna wait anymore

This post is regarding to online orders only. I have never been to this business. However, with the lack of customer service, I'm tempted to make a trip.
Website has a picture with a Google rating 4 3/4 stars. That cannot be further from the truth. I have no issues waiting on quality parts. The company lacks communication and follow up. I have sent several emails, no response. Wrote a review on FB after reading another customers review. Took his suggestions on using IG, they responded. This was 24 Feb a week goes by and nothing. They posted a story on IG about them being flooded with emails and to use their story to make contact. Did that 1 March. Order was placed in November and on back order until February, all I want is an update on shipping. I do not think that is being unreasonable. Next steps is contacting the BBB. Buyer beware, learn from my mistake. I'm never using this business again!!! Check out the reviews online, maybe 4 years ago they were great, not in recent years. Ordered a carbon fiber front lip and rear diffuser back in March 2020. Then covid hit and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this was the cause of the delay. Lots of back and forth emails of saying this delay and that delay. I said ok I can wait and understood some of the circumstances that occurred. Then they said the vendor they work with was not reliable and offered me a different brand. I said OK, then weeks of no answer and confirmation of said new brand for the carbon fiber front lip and rear diffuser. After almost 18 months of unreliable customer service and replies I wanted a refund. They eventually sent an email saying that my order was cancelled and a refund was issued (November 18, 2021) saying it will take 3-7 business days to refund. A week later I asked for an update on when my refund is going to be processed. They told me that I would need to contact my bank to find out what is going on. I called my bank and they told me they do not put any hold on any kind of refund/credits. Emailed outcast back to let them know that I called my bank and that the bank does not put any hold for refunds or credits. It is now January 2022 and I still have not received my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and ignore you.
