Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates

Came in for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. When I went in the room, someone else's XRays were on the screen & the nurse proceeded to explain the other persons issues. I was even told that I had three broken teeth on my lower jaw and had I looked into restoring them (I have no broken teeth). She left the room and came back 10 mins later and stated that she had the wrong X-ray pulled up. Your information isn't confidential here. Then when the doctor came in, I was told that I needed a bone graft for #32 (third wisdom tooth). I questioned this as less than 1% of wisdom tooth extractions require bone grafting (as you would not be placing an implant there / and I did not have a cyst). When the nurse came out to answer my concern about this, I was told that is simply the way Dr. Jung does things and if I didn't like it I could go else where. I was told the bone graft is provided to help prevent dry socket. Basically this bone graft is a $300 money grab. Needless to say, I already have a consultation elsewhere as I would hate to get put under anesthesia and my information be confused with someone else's.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth done and holy smokes these people are so friendly and helpful. after my surgery, i kept telling the nurses i would write them a positive yelp review so here ya go homies. love ya the most. thanks for the memz.

I felt comfortable being there and also the staff was nice including Dr. Parker whom was very friendly.

Very nice and clean office. Every one of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Dr. Parker was very nice and professional. He kept us well informed and explained the procedure and process. 15 minutes and our son was down two wisdom teeth and never knew what hit him. Very impressed and would definitely recommend this guy.

Dr Parker is a great doctor and has a very professional and courteous staff.
